Applies To The Story:

Al-faq lied so the man would get better. He helped the man by telling him if he went to the cave by the beach then he would bring his children aadn wife back to lilfe, which gave him much joy.

Applies to the Real World:

If your home alone and a creeper comes to the house and knocks on the door and asks you if your parents are home, and you say yes, then he will probably leave and that is a lie for a good reason because if you said no, he could have robbed you, raped you, and/or even killed you.So telling the truth isn't always a the best thing to do.
