Sing it out
Are Romeo and Juliet portrayed in different way than the book? Do they use Romeo and Juliet the same way as the book? To me song writers use Romeo and Juliet as symbols of love but the use them in the right way. For instance the song "Love Story "by Taylor Swift uses Romeo and Juliet in the correct way.
First, song writers I feel use Romeo and Juliet as symbols of love for instance in the song "Love Story"by Talyor Swift she says "Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone I’ll be waiting all there’s left to do is run you'll be the price and I’ll be the princess it’s a love story baby just say yes." she uses how the story goes and ties it into her song. It describes how Romeo had to get banished and Juliet wants to run away with him.
Second, they use the correct way of Romeo and Juliet’s love. The reference to Romeo and Juliet is accurate because in the story Romeo gets banished and Juliet is willing to run away with him. She also wants to spend the rest of her life with him. Taylor uses them saying that they are in love and that Juliet wants to run away with him.
In conclusion, song writers portray Romeo and Juliet in the correct ways. They are accurate in comparison of the book.

I chose to write about the poem because it explains exactly how my bestfriend is. You know that one bestfriend who never fails to make you smile. That one person you can spend all day with and never get bored. My bestfriend's name is Mark. He knows everything about me and I tell him everything. I trust him more then anyone. hes always there for me no matter what and i treat him the same way. My bestfriend means the world to me. I met my bestfriend hunting. He lives about fourty-five minutes away and his parents and mine are very good friends. The one day my dad asked me to go hunting and i agreed. Mark and his dad came up to, and we started talking and got to know each other. Ever since that day we have been bestfriends. Now every time his family comes up i get to see him. we video chat all the time to cetch up and talk. We laugh together, cry together and no matter what we are there for each other. It's always fun to learn new things about him and where he lives because he lives in the city and I live in the country. Together we are unstopable. Everyone deserves to have a best friend like my best friend. My best friend means the world to me!

Have you ever wanted to see a movie really bad? Ever been extremely excited to see that movie that everytime the previews come on you can't help but get super excited? I can't wait to see the movie The Lucky One.
The Lucky One is about a guy named Logan who is fighting in the war and one day he see something laying on the ground he walks over to pick it up and when he does the building behind him blows up. Logan believes it is fate that he found this picture and that this picture of a girl saved his life. Logan made a vow that when he got out of the army he would go and find the girl and thank her for saving his life. The movie then turns into a love story and he offers to work for her and her family.
This movie is also a book and the man who wrote the book and also wrote The Notebook and Dear John. those movies were very good so this movie should also be very good also! My bestfriend and I are going to see it for my birthday.
The Lucky One is the movie I am just dying to see.

A feminist would criticize the movie She’s The Man.
First, feminist would criticize this movie because in the movie the girls soccer team gets cut and they try out for the boys team but the couch won’t let them play because they are girls. A feminist wants women to be treated equally, and this shows the womens rights being abused.
Second, feminist would criticize this because of how the guys treat the women and how they look at the girls. The guys dont treat the girls right they dont give them the rights they should have. a feminist would not approve.
In Conclusion, A feminist would critize the movie She's The Man.

Do you like playing basketball? Do you enjoy watching basketball? I got the privilege to go and watch the Penn State girls basketball team play. To me this opportunity was significant. We drove three hours to Penn State. We went to the Jordan center to watch the game.
As we were walking in I could feel myself getting even more excited. We walk into the stands, and we walk all the way down to the floor. We were only six rows up. We had amazing seats we got to sit with the players parents. It’s such a great honor that we got the seat we did. We got to sit right behind the players bench.
My favorite player is number thirty-three Maggie Lucas. The best part was that her dad sat right in front of us. I learned a lot when I went to see them. They taught me playing as a team is key. When everyone puts forth all effort you can have a chance of winning. Working together is how you win. The game was amazing and I would go again anytime. The best part is that my favorite team won.

Decemeber Free Write
Do you love getting presents? Do you love spending time with your family? Christmas time is the perfect time for both of them. Christmas is one of my favorite times of the year. I not only love getting presents but I love spending time with my family. Nothing beats the warm hugs and laughter of Christmas time. "Time spent together is time well spent" my grandmother always tells us that. When I was a little kid I thought that was such a dumb saying until now I realize when my family is all together there is never a better place I’d rather be.
One of my favorite parts is sitting around drinking hot chocolate and opening presents. Most people say getting a gift is the best part of Christmas but I don’t feel the same. I love presents but not as much as spending time with my family. On Christmas Eve we all go to my grandmas and get to open all the presents from my aunts and uncles.
Then the excitement comes. It is so hard to go to sleep on Christmas Eve because I’m so excited for the morning to come. I wake up at 7 o’ clock run down stairs and see if there is present then I run back up stairs and wake everyone up! Then the joy of the rest of the day begins. The best part is when my whole family is together.
