We are working on finishing off simple and compound machines in science then will begin a unit on the human body. My goals for math include finishing 3 digit by 1 digit division, then get a handle on fractions and finally segue into decimals and measurement. I also wish to focus on healthy living and lifestyle choices in health and career education. We will continue classroom discussions that revolve around current events and social studies. In addition, we will continue to blend all subjects into language arts. Report cards as it stands now, will be issued towards the end of the year. As always, please feel free to address any concerns with me via email lschade@sd57.bc.ca or by calling the school. Thanks for your continued support. L.
