Intro.... When William Morgan invented volleyball he said that there can only be six people on a court. Volleyball has been a part of the summer Olympic Games in 1964. William also siad that "Volleyball" is a team sport."

What to wear: In volleyball you wear tight fitting clothes so you would need sp

andex so you can move around faster. Also you would need to wear kneepads and if you are on a team you will get a jersey with a number. You would defiantly need kneepads because volleyball players just slide to bump the ball on the other side of the court. You need kneepads because you will get bumps and bruises.

Shoes:

The brand shoes they will probably let you wear would be Asics and Mizuno. They would work best on your feet for a team sport. Also you can wear adidas and they would be best for volleyball you can wear spike shoes too they work best on your feet too like a lot of other shoes do too. If you need a certain kind of shoes your coach will instruct you to wear a certain brand or types of shoes.

Padding: IN volleyball you would mostly need kneepads because if you dive after the ball, you would get bumps and bruises but you can wear ankle pads to protect your ankles.

Conclusion: And that is what you would need to wear for volleyball. Also that is what you would need to use for protection so you do not get bruises when you slide and dive after the ball.

My thoughts about the Kindness retreat was.... It was fun and the part i liked was when we sang and we learned that bullying is bad. My also favorite part was when we had the soul train and also when it was when we did the ship thing and when we said those sayings to other people and when we danced.
