Eating Healthy
It’s good to use the food guide so you know what is healthy. The food guide puts food in different groups. The food groups are grain products, vegetables and fruit, milk alternatives and meat alternatives. You can get fat eating junk food. Junk food makes your skin oily and you can get zits. Drinking water keeps you hydrated and cleans out your immune system. You should eat healthy because it’s good for your body.
