The word that best describes Allie is determined because although the bigger boys were laughing and chuckling she didn't give up she kept on shooting the hoops until she got it in.For example,In the story it says she kept shooting but it still missed plus the boys were laughing so it made her mad so she kept on trying.This is why I think this.

The word that best describes Allie is determind.I think this because big boys laught at her and she still play basketball.For example she went to a diffrent court to play basketball.plus she asked her friends to play basketball.This is why I think big boys laught at her

I think Allie is a brave.I think this becawse all the boy's think that Allie can't play basketball bacawse she is a girl.for example Allie thries to get the hang of it by shooting the ball in the hoop.plus Allie dasant back down from shooting the ball in the hoop and all the boy;s admier her.this is why i think Allie is a brave person.

The word that describs Allie is smart.I think this because she new that if you keep on trying you'll get better.for example she's so smart that she know's what to do. plus and thats nice to ask some of her friends do they want to play with her.this is why I think Allie is smart.

Ithink this because Allie never gave up when she got her new basketball.For Exsample Allie could not play with the boys becaues she was a girl.
Plus she cep on trying and never gave up then she made a basket and the boys were cheering Allie.This is why i think the best word to describe Allie is Determind.

I think Allie is friendly.I think this because at the court,Allie scanned the basketball while her father talked with Mr.Gonzalez the park monitor.For example,she is playing with Buddy.Plus,She made a shot.This is why I think she is friendly.

The word that best describes Allie is energetic.I think this because she has lots of energy to play basketball it's her favorite sport.For example,she tries to play with the boys but when she shoots the ball it does not fall in the hoop so she went to the other court and practiced more but it did not fall in the hoop.Plus,her friend Keisha had a hula hoop so Allie asked if she wanted to play basketball but she did not know how to so Allie sayed hold the hoop so she can trow the ball in the hoop and she did it so Allie therw the ball in the courts hoop and she made it the ball went in and the boys saw her and cheered her on and let her play with them.this is why I think that word best describes Allie.
