Eating Healthy

Nutritious foods will give you energy.
Nutritious foods will get you strong and make you grow. My favorite nutritious food are apples, oranges, bananas. It’s important to eat healthy because it will get you going in the morning. Staying fit is a good idea because you can participate in events and other sports activities . Eating junk foods aren’t good for your body. Eating Healthy is the best way of eating.
