Hi I am going in to fifth grade I'm a little nervous but I think it will be fun once I get to now some. My teacher's name is Mrs.Switzer I think it is going to be great!
The most hardest thing that I am worried about is picking out a band instrument. You don't have to have an instrument or in band if you don't want to, you can be in choir. Well, anyway I want to play the trumpet or the trombone but, the trombone is huge and you have to on and off of the bus with it. I want trumpet because it is small and I like the sound.
I don't want to flute or clarinet is because the flute looked scary with the several key and everything, but the clarinet is because my grandma played clarinet and she keeps bugging me about it.
I think Mrs. Switzer is going to be fun because everybody thats going into sixth grade says she does a lot of plays, and I love acting, dancing and singing so I think she's going to like me.
Well, if you're into to fifth grade take my advice sixth graders might bug you so don't listen to them, they are probably jealous of something that did, have, or even said. But don't let them fool you with tough boy or girl act.
I hope you take my advice and don't be scared!

About Where In WA

Where in Washington is a kind of video chat where you talk to several different class's but, they don't tell you where they live you don't tell them where you live. Then you give clues like what is the history in your town or like the biggest body of water near you, at the end you guess where the people are and they guess you then you reveal where you live and very last you say bye.
When I was doing Where In WA (WIW) we had eight class's we were #4. I guessed group #8 was from Tumwater but they were from Olympia we were less that a centameter close.
Well that is all bye.

Book Review On :My Sister The Vampire RE:Vamped

On the book My Sister The Vampire RE:Vamped the blurb said:
Now that Ivy and Olivia have told their friends that they're twins they have to come clean to their adoptive parents parents. But Ivy's dad doesn't even want to meet Olivia!
When the vampire officials realize Olivia knows the truth about vampires, they demand that she pass three tests to prove she's worthy of sharing the secret.Yikes! One thing's for sure-if the sisters can get through this, they can get through anything.
The blurb above abviously states the Olivia is a human being and Ivy is a vampire.
Couple of sentences in the book say
"Is your father wearing eyeliner?" Olivia whispered. Ivy nodded speechless with honor.
That is the weirdest part in the book, but the book still is my favorite book. RE:Vamped is where Ivy stops being a vampire and Olivia turns into a vampire while Ivy is in her body like she's in Ivy's! So, at the end Olivia starts dating Ivy's boyfriend so they get in a fist fight! But at the end they agree to become sisters again and switch into their own bodies.

I have been to Ocean Shores I stayed in a hotel that had an indoor pool, me and my family could see the the beach out on the terrace of the room. I rode horses on the beach his name was Chief my grandma's horse's name was Howdy, Me and my uncle, David, went swimming in the ocean, and found seashells. My grandma found a crab shell and kept it as a reminder of our trip. There was hundreds of seagulls! When we went to eat breakfast in the dining room one morning we saw a mother deer and three fawns (baby dear) running and playing, the mom was trying to keep up with them, but one was hiding. It was awesome we stayed there for three days.
Then we went to Seattle and rode the Fairy it was fun I was taking pictures with my uncle David's camera and he told me not tot drop it in the water. We took a tour ride on the Duck. We had to go to the Space Needle to get on the ride. The ride toured some of Seattle then got on a boat.
We were supposed to wave at everybody while we were on the ride. The Duck all of a sudden changed from bus to a boat, and we went on the water.
My favorite part about the Duck is that we got free popcorn, my favorite part about vacation is swimming in the indoor pool at the Ocean Shores hotel.
I made some new friends too.

Once upon a time there lived a 5 year old girl named Elillah. She had 17 pretty dresses. Elillah had really long hair just like Rapunzel, her hair had lavenders and roses in it. She lived in a purple and pink castle.
But, one day her evil brother Cody caught the castle on fire. Cody did not like pink or purple he hated the colors. Cody was 18.
''Leave her alone" Kaitlyn said. ''you shouldn't be helping her or you will go in the dungeon with her" said Cody.''ok" said Kaitlyn honetly.
Cody said ''Oh fine" angrily. Cody fell off the very top of the castle after he finished building it and died.

Leprechauns

Hi, I am going to tell you about leprechauns. They leave pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. If you catch a leprechaun don't take your eyes off of him or he will disapear in one sec. They are shoe makers so they are called cobblers. Leprechauns never make a pair of shoes exactly the same. They are an Irish elf. They pull pranks they're tricky and they pinch you if you don't wear green. If you hear hammers tapping then leprechauns are nearby. Leprechauns will bribe you with gold to let them go.
I am now going to tell you about leprechaun traps. You can make a trap out of anything. To lure them they will be atracted to gold coins if you don't want to use money then use gold nuggets (rocks painted gold). Put a rainbow on or near the trap so it will lure the leprechaun. The color green , stickers, glitter, 4 - leaf clovers they are atracted to lucky charms cereal (disguise it), each trap has to be different.

Something Called Wheat...

I am going to tell you about what my class did last week. So, we had this thing called wheat week. We are growing wheat! We learned that wheat is a type of grass ,it makes it;s own food which is sugar, when it starts looking like grass then you can break off a piece and eat it. It tastes a little bit like sugar since that is what it makes for itself. To get the seeds out of the wheat is to break the head off the stem, put the neck going the direction of your thumb (that protects the palm of your hand), then rub your hands together, and if you get to very little kernals still in the head than use your hands to get the rest of the kernals out.
Do you want to now one fact about wheat is that you can eat the seeds if you look in the middle it is white flour used for cooking. Almost everything is made out of wheat even licourase.
A couple of things I forgot about. Wheat can grow to be as tall as you or taller! A wheat stem turns into straw and goes into hay bales. You might want to keep roots and a little bit of the stem if you live near water to avoid erossin.

This is a blog about what I learned the first 1/2 of school. I learned how to go on notebook software and make movies. I learned how to write a blog like I am now. I know how to plug in a flip camera like push the red button in the middle to start recording, and how to plug it in and out of a computer straightly. I learned equivalent fractions, how to put fractions in order from greatest to least and least to greatest, and I learned how to put fractions in simplest form. I now know how to do pearsonsuccsesnet. I know how to do fourth grade links where you can play games while learning about things. I loved my first 1/2 days of school.

Hi, I am going to tell you about snow. You can play snow sports like snowboarding, sledding, skiing, and cross country skiing.
There are certain types of snow, there is snow that you roll into a ball, a kind that you pack, a kind that is dry and sparkly, and a kind called goosefeathers. You can make a snowman, and a fort with snow.
You can build a fort with buckets and act like it is a sand castle, you can pack the walls with snow, or you can make big and small snowballs. What I like the most about snow is playing snow queen. I am always the snow queen and my cousin Andrew is always my assistant but, the ice king is my friend Kyle. My friend Kaitlyn is my sister.
