7th grade was amazing. I loved being in an IB school. Schools in michigan I bet will be twice as easy. I think I was successful because I got all A's and B's. I learned alot in all my classes . I learned the most in math because I should have been in pre algebra but I was in algebra 1a. I also learned alot of life skills to because this is harder than my other school. So I can take what I learned this year and put it in my new school. If I did that the next year of school should be great. I learned the how to learn vocab the hard way (No offence). I would like to have laptops in my new school too.
Thank you for the best year ever. ps best Language Arts teacher ever!!!!1

I think I-town wasn't worth the 32 dollors. I thought it was going to be bigger. I also thought it would be less looking like a big office room and look like a cool hall way were you had to go though a door to get into the country. I learned that all the countrites have to lean on another country for supplies and tourists to come to their country for them to survive. I would change the size because it was so small. I would also change the look because it looked like a office building. There also needs to be doors to all the countries because some people just came in and took stuff from us. The best part was the drinks and food in Mexico.

I think the format is kind cool making it look like you get to see all the different sides to the story. I think the big idea is that a community comes together to make this garden. I liked Wendell because he is caring and I feel bad that his son died. I don’t like Sam because he uses kids and thinks that he can by everything. But he is also very nice to everyone. I liked the can flowers that Mr. Howard did, I also liked the rock painting because I can use it as a mother’s day gift. I didn’t like the growing your flower in Mrs. Naramore class because my mom hates worms and they gave us one and she throw mine away with out even telling me.

I’m so glad the research is over . Now I can start on the museum display and the poster board. I found out that the Parthenon wasn’t the biggest or the oldest temple it was just one over the most remembered. It is going to help answer my guiding question because the information I got kind of fits around the topic. I’m almost ready I have most of my museum display done and haven’t started on my poster board.

I'm writing about my football pick for who will be the Super Bowl Champions. One of my first choices is the New England Patriots. I choose them because their team is really good but their player's get injured a lot. If they could fix that problem they would be my favorite choose. My second choose would be the Green Bay Packers. I choose this team because they went 17-1 last season. The only con is the way the Packers played, they played like they couldn't lose. Then they lost to the Kansas City Chiefs who were 7-9. My last pick is the New York Giants because they won the Super Bowl last year. I have no major cons for this team because of how well rounded the team is.

I really didn't like the chicken wing experiment because I'm kind of queasy. I almost throw up once we broke the bone and it started bleeding. I couldn't go on I felt like a wimp because I had 2 girls in my group and they didn't even look disgusted. I think it was worthwhile because I learned that if you break a chicken bone I get queasy. I learned a lot about the muscles and tendons. Also I learned about the skin and blood stream's.

Yellow is the felling on your skin after you went sun tanning.
Yellow smells like a fresh banana that you just peeled.
Yellow is the color of a square piece of butter you just pulled out of the fridge.
Yellow is the sound a bee buzzing around.
Yellow looks like the midday sun.
Yellow is the taste of a cheese pizza just coming out of the oven.
Yellow is the smell of a tuilp that you just planted yesterday.
Yellow is the look of fresh peeled and cut potato.
Yellow is the sound of a football bouncing off the field goal post.
Yellow is the look of fresh streched dough.
Yellow is the color of the new shoes you bought.
Yellow is the feeling you get when the morning sun is warming you up.

My reaction to the movie is I think back then the southern people were racist against the blacks. I would have been one of the ones that didn't care what color they were. No I wouldn't be able to take it I would brake down from the frustration. I think the nine high schooler's had a lot of guts to go to that school. I wouldn't be able to do it because with all the bullying I would have to fight back. The world has changed because know about everyone isn't racist against blacks now a days. One instance of discrimination is how we hate the taliban because they destroyed the twin tower.

Some poets use humor to make their poems funny. Other poets could use serious things. Most things I see though in a poem is rhyming. They also could use drawing or paintings to tell the story. Shel Sivertine uses humor in his poems to make the reader interested to read another one,

In my science class we learned that an plant cell has all the different parts of a cell unlike a animal cell which only has a few of all the cell parts. I also like the osmosis lab because in the oil the gummy worm grow and then it srounk because there was a little water which caused the gummy worm to dissolve. I think the worst part of the cell unit was all the notes we had to take over the weeks.

[On the field]
[Behind the center]
[Near the amazingly awesome win]
[Across the line]
[Through the big, hairy, nose tackle]
[Beyound the grassy, muddy, painful practice field]
[Out of the game]
[Near the close game]
[Along the white side line]
[Down with one play to go]
[Between the two big linemen]
[Against the biggest, nastiest, ugliest team]

I have been reading a book call “Surviving Reality Tv Antarctica 2087”. I'm enjoying the suspence of the book. Some suspence in the movie they are having is they have to sign a contract that says that if they die or get hurt it's not their fault. I forgot the author's mane because I lost my book. All the character's are playing for 100,000 dollors.
I tried to underline it but it only let me capitalise it

I choose number 5 "Love is the only force capable of transforming an enemy into friend." Martin Luther King, Jr. I picked this one because I really don't like it when say the mother in law doesn't like he bride but the groom and bride are madly in love. So the mother in law just doesn't say anything because she doesn't want them to feel unhappy. I also think that it could impact the world in like Iraq and the Us because we could save a lot of lives if we just put are differences aside and end the war. It could make someone's attitude
change because he could hate a person and find out that the girl he is in love with is his sister he would have to be nice if he wanted to get his love.

My goals for the new year are that me grade will be better by trying to turn things on time. I will try harder to study for quizes, and tests. Another goal is that I will try to look forward to school by thinking of the good things that I have fun in school. My last goal is to be more active by playing outside and running around.

My wiki didn’t go so well. I was the only one doing the work. I didn’t like working in a group because they didn’t do anything at all. The communication was bad in my group because nobody would go on at home but me. I would have done a lot differently espeailly working alone. I wold have also had going on at home a picec of homework and you need a signature from your parents that you went on when you got home. Next time I would work alone instead of in a group. I would have also gave them 2 week instead of 1 week so it look better and the video is nicer.

I don't know very much about Greece all I know is that Sparta and Athen are big rivels. I also know that Sparta will do anything to win. Sparta was a war city-state and they were very kind to their or superiors. The boys of Spatra go to boot camp at a very young age.
In Humanities we are doing a Greek simulation. The whole point of this simulation is to make learning about ancient Greek fun. Mrs. Gagnon said that in all the years she has done the Greek simulation Sparta has never one. So here’s how we win we get points and at the end of the simulation the city-state that has the most points wins.

I picked this topic because I love football. The NFL had some surprising wins and loses. Starting with the San Francisco 49ers losing to the Baltimore Ravens. This was San Francisco's second loss of the season. Now let’s go to the big win for the Green Bay Packers against The Detroit Lions. The Miami Dolphins had a close loses against The Dallas Cowboys. The Miami Dolphins lost by one point in the Thanksgiving Day game.

I'm thankful for my house, my education, and my parents have jobs. I'm thankful for my house because I don't have to sleep on the streets. I'm also thankful that when the weather is cold and rainy because I don't have to be cold and wet I can be dry and warm. I'm thankful for my education because if I didn't have my education that I have I wouldn't able to go to a good collage and I wouldn't get a very good job. I'm thankful for my parents jobs because if they didn't have jobs then I wouldn't have all the things that I have today.

My favorite mystery short story I have read is "The Pit and the Pendulum" because at the end of the story you think he will die but then he is saved. The author made the story so suspenseful I couldn't stand what was going to happen next! Now here is my first part of my mystery story.
One gloomy Monday morning a old man was walking home from his Multi-billion business. He saw a man being stabbed by a young man. He called the police and the young man was but in prison for 5 years.....

I liked blogging this last quarter. I think my blogging experience went very smooth. I think that some of the articles that you thought of were very cool. I think this quarter blogging will be even better than last quarter. I think that you should do a sports blog. It would be like asking what sports game have you seen over the week tell me what type of sport and what teams. I also think that you should do a favorite time in your life and tell what happened. I think you need to do some more sports blogs. I also think you need to make some blog more fun. I think we need to do some more sports blogs.

We need to always remember the people who fought for us in so many wars and in other times when we were in need. For example the bombing of Pearl Harbor. We didn't just sit there and mope we went out and did the same time. Now here are some things i always remembered.
I remember when I didn't listen to what my dad said. I was fishing in the UP "Upper Peninsula". I had just caught a huge fish. As I was amazed at the monster, I heard my Dad say,"Ok lets put the fish in the cooler now". I didn't listen; I was too amazed at the fish. As soon as I said that the fish flopped out of my hands and into the water. I was so sad that, that had just happened to me.
I there anything I need to change?

I read about the first loss for the Detroit Lions and the big win for the San Francisco 49ers. I wasn't pretty after the game through Jim Harbaugh gave a hand shake and a slap on the back to the Detroit Lions head coach. Detroit Lions head coach Jim Swazrts thought it was a gloating slap on the back was a ran after Jim Harbaugh. The players had to separate the two. My response to this is I think that Jim Harbaugh should tell Jim Swazrts that he is sorry for what he did.If you want to see what happened for yourself go to this link http://www.sikids.com/news/2011/10/16/coaches-at-odds-after-49ers-hand-lions-first-loss

The Fox run Adventure was fun but he are some things I liked the best. I liked the hide and go seek games as well as the deer game. I liked the hide and go seek game because we had to hide and I was only found once. I also like the deer game because we had to find what we needed for the year and if you didn't get it you dead and became one of the things the deer needed.I learned that you needed to be to same colors as your surrounding to hide really good like the Jaguars. I learned in the deer game that when their were more deer their were less things they needed for the year. When their were less deer their was more tings the deer needed for the year. Thoose were my favorite things that happened at Fox Run Adventure.

I think its a bad idea that people our trying to get books out of schools and library's. I think freedom of speech fall in the speak out and say no to the to taking are book away from our schools and library's. I say we all have a choice to choose what we read and what we don't read. No I think books shouldn't be banned because some people don't like to read the same books as other people.

I saw the baker doing the wrong equation when he did 13 * 7 = 28. He should have done what the sailer did 7 * 4 = 28 instead of what he did. You could also do 7+7+7+7 or 4+4+4+4+4+4+4 too.

The scariest thing that has ever happened to me was one day when a power line fell on my dad’s car. It all started one day in April when we were going to my Grandma and Grandpa’s house. On the way there, my Dad wanted to go say hi to some people that lived down the road that my Grandparents lived on and to see the new kitchen my uncle had just built for them. So, we stopped at the house and Dad got out and said, “Just stay in the car I’ll be out in a minute.” So as he said we stayed in the car as we found out later that was not the brightest thing that we could have done. First when I was listening to the radio I heard a “CRACK”, Then I was a tree branch falling about 100 feet away. Second after that I heard another big sound but this one was much closer and much bigger then the last one next thing I know there’s a power line on the side of the car. We all jumped and were frozen with fear to see what had just happened. As soon as we realized that it was not a dream we all opened are door (except the one that had the power line on it) and jumped out just in the nick of time. The power line was sparking and we ran to my dad who was waiting for us and he had already called the police.

I think the presentation was a little emotional. I do think it was worthwhile because it is about teaching you to be kind. I probably take out the parts of the people talking about how Rachel was one of the first ones to die. In addition, I think they can take out some of the stories. I think this will affect the lives of many people including me beacause it touches the heart of many.
