World History!! :)

Article posted May 11, 2012 at 01:41 AM GMT • comment • Reads 389

The world history influences lives because whatever you did research on, it will stay in our brain. My guiding question was: What was King Tut's life like? His life was ery strange; one wierd thing was that he married his sister.

I learned a lot from other people's boards. A cool thing I learned from a friend's board was Cleopatra was a goddess/queen.

I really enjoyed the book, it was good. I think the "big idea" is keeping the world healthy and make gardens. I'm not which characters I like, they are all good. I liked the activites we did. They were fun! I liked the soda can flowers/butterflies and the tomatoe growing. I liked them because they were fun.

Brad Paisley Autographed CD

Article posted April 11, 2012 at 02:32 AM GMT • comment (1) • Reads 868

Before spring break, I sent Brad Paisley a fan letter. Durning the break, I got an answer back from him. I opened it up & I pulled out a signed CD from him. I didn't ask him for anything, but that's what he sent me. It was amazing when I got it from him.

If anyone would like to see it & that they are a fan, just ask me to see it.

cell unit

Article posted March 6, 2012 at 11:20 PM GMT • comment • Reads 524

Our cell unit in science has been very cool. I have never been fond of textbooks, so my favorite part was the microscopes because they are very fun to use to look at. Sometimes the microscopes liked to turn off on me and my partner. I liked the lab where we got to look at crab fish(I think). The mircoscopes come in good handy when we need to look at something up close. The best was working with partners on the lab where we got to look at real cells

Quote...

My quote is:

Just living is not enough... one must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower. ~Hans Christian Andersen

Sunshine is so bright

Have a little freedom in yourself

Be a little flower

Just shine all you can

Try your best and believe in yourself

Try to be bigger than a little flower

Keep yourself shining like the sun

And most of all love your life!

About the Blogger
Gian-Luc Jordan, we all miss you so much. Always in the hall, I always heard “hey look, its Gian-Luc.” Everyone in the hall turns and looks & what do you see? Gian-Luc with a big smile on his face. His smile always shined like the sun. I always saw him with his friends laughing, smiling, laughing, anything you could think of. His family dearly loved him. He had a big sister and little siblings. I thought Luca was pretty cool and super nice. He was one of my friends, even though I didn’t get to talk to him much. He had SO much energy around his friends. I always think of him and pray for his family. You were loved so much. I miss you so much Luca.
