Charles
Out of all the stories that we have read in language arts, my favorite short story is "Charles" for many reaasons. First, I like the story Charles because it is very creative that a little boy would come up with the idea to tell on himself without getting in trouble. Next, I like this short story because it is ironic. Charles is telling his parents that there is a bad student in his class that causes a lot of trouble even though he is the bad child. It is also ironic that his parents feel like there son going to be harmed by this troublemaker but they really should be worried about the students around Charles. Last, this is story is fuuny and keeps the reader entertained. I dont like to read boring stories so this keeps me entertained. That is why you should read the story "Charles" for yourself to see if you like it like me!
