Well if we keep on using those water bottles by the year 2030 2/3 of the world will not have fresh drinking water. The whole world has 95% of water. Only 1% of that water is drinkable. Many people buy botlled water because they think that it taste fresher or some may say "pure", well when kids taste tested the difference for tap water and bottled water they couldn't tell the difference. Actually, 40% of bottled water is just tap water! Why go to the store and buy these bottles of water for over the top amounts of money when you can just get up and go fill your water bottle or cup with the water from your sink? That water is free! The cost for bottled water is higher than to cost for gasoline these days. Do you even know what's in the plastic bottle, oil. Plastic bottles use 714 million gallons of oil, that is enough to fuel 100,000 cars! Americans bought more than 29 billion bottles of water in 2007. Just think if we stopped using bottled water we would save oil for fuel and even save our planet.
