First Three Things

Article posted April 5, 2012 at 05:03 PM GMT • comment (2) • Reads 128

The first three things that the government should pay for are taxes, medical insurance, and housing. first off, I think that the government should pay for taxes because people need help paying for them and it can be hard, so thats where the government steps in. Also, I think it would be neccesary to pay a partial price of medical insurance. This is because people all over the world are dying and need help with the expenesive price of their insurance bill. Lastly, I think certain parts of the government should help people with housing more. They should do this because a really in-need or broke person could need a house and not be able to wait any longer for it. That is why the government should help them. Overall, I think the government help people pay these things so they don't have to suffer.

The Perfect Mystery Setting...

Article posted November 16, 2011 at 10:47 PM GMT • comment (2) • Reads 83

The absolutely perfect mystery setting would be in a white-out. This is because the main charachter and/or detective would be finding dead bodies in the blizzards, hearing car engines roaring, and seeing only flashes of objects, but never knowing what they were, where the noises were coming from, and why the bodies were dead. Not being able to see a thing, in the white, blank, mysterious snow.

Fear affects us

Article posted November 16, 2011 at 10:36 PM GMT • comment • Reads 43

Fear can affect us in many ways. it will send you bolting for life, get you ready to fight, and even make you feel like you have absoloutely no control over yourself. When someone is scared, it's not normal. it can affect their feelings, actions, and words.First of all, feelings are big. When someone is scared, they go into fight or flight mode. This is when you are either thinking about standing up for yourself, or getting ready to run as fast as you legs can carry you. Then your actions will take place. When you are fearful of something, you can't think about what you're going to do, so your mind doesn't process it, and you could end up looking a little physco.Last, you could loose complete control of you words. Since you are scared, the brain power stops coming from the front of your head, and rushes to the back of it. Then, you can't think about words, and you could blabber random things. So, when fear comes into place, there are interesting ways that it can affect us with.

My Favorite Story

Article posted October 2, 2011 at 07:49 PM GMT • comment (1) • Reads 69

My favorite story was definetely "Charles", because it was entertaining, funny, and lesson wise.
To kick off, the story "charles" was entertaining, because of the little boy named Laurie. He was almost always doing something that would attract attention. For example, he was coming home from school one day, slammed the door behind him, and was yelling.
Second, this story was funny because Laurie's parents were always trying to figure out who this bad-boy Charles is, when it is really just Laurie!
Furthermore, this story has a good lesson. 'Your children should never lie. Especially when the lie is about themselves.'
As you can see, I love the story "Charles because of all the fun and exciting parts to it.

Would I Hire My Self

Article posted September 12, 2011 at 05:03 PM GMT • comment (1) • Reads 498

I would definitely hire my self for tons of reasons including being responsible, reliable, and virtuous.
First, I am responsible because I can get all worksheets and work in on time and have all assignments completed
Furthermore, I am a very reliable person, which will get me more work and I could be highly respected, to do all that I was told.
Lastly, I will always be virtuous. If I did something that was wrong or should be told, I will always do what is right.
As you can see, I am a great person to be hired.
