If I Were in Charge of the World

If I were in charge of the world everybody will give me money for me to be rich, and there would be no guns.

If I were in charge of the world I will cancel school days, and change the basket ball nets so low all the boys can dunk.

If I were in charge of the world I will make the color pecil rainbow, and make more sports.

If I were in charge of the world If we had school I will change all the full days to half days, If I were in charge of the world.

 

I am

I am the legs of a cheetah threw the forest.

I am the snow sparkles around the ground.

I am the yellow sunflower that blooms threw the day.

I am the rain fall threw the dark clouds.

I am the rain that splatters on the ground.

I am the grass that blows threw the wind.

I am the bird that chirps threw the day.

 You see that I am alive alive alive,

I stand up for Gods rules,

I stand up for people who be mean,

You see I am alive alive alive,

 

My favorite color is blue

Then I use glue

Later I found a clue,

 

I drank out of a can

My brother is in a band

And my mom is tan,

 

 

 

 

I went to the beach

My teachers teach

My mom cooks

My New Year Resolutions

My New Year’s resolution is to make sure I write all my homework in my agenda when I am finished unpacking.


 


My New Year resolution is to work on reading comprehension. I started practicing reading comprehension over the break by using a reading comprehension information book.

Haddonfield vs. Joliet Illinois

            Today I will be sharing the information about Haddonfield, NJ and


Joliet Illinois. I Skped with Mrs. Allen’s 4th grade class who live in Joliet, Illinois.  I researched on the Internet. My opinion is that our communities might be the same.


There are many different ways that Haddonfield and Joliet, Illinois are similar. They are similar because kids in Joliet, Illinois like swimming, soccer, basketball, and kick ball and so do the kids in Haddonfield.. Joliet, Illinois is a suburb just like Haddonfield. In the schools in Joliet, Illinois they have recess and lunch in the cafeteria just like we do in Haddonfield. We do things that are similar.


There are many ways that kids in Haddonfield and kids in Joliet, Illinois are different. We are different because there school is private and our school is public. We are the Tatem Tigers and the kids at the school in Joliet, Illinois are the Rockets. Joliet, Illinois is in the Central time zone and we are Eastern time zone. The favorite sports teams of the kids in Joliet are the White Sox’s, Bulls, Cubs, Bears, and Black Hawks. Our favorite sports teams are Phillies, Eagles, and Flyers. Our nearest city is Philadelphia and Joliet’s nearest city is Chicago, Illinois. On the day that we Skyped, Haddonfield’s sunrise was 7:24am and the sunset was 6:03pm. Mrs. Allen’s student’s told us their sunrise was 7:25am and their sunset was 5:49pm. These are some things that make Haddonfield different from Joliet, Illinois.


I enjoyed researching and comparing Joliet, Illinois and Haddonfield because it is very exciting to learn about a different town.

How to Make a Monster Belt

Have you ever built a monster belt? Now you can find out. The belt will be very easy to make.

·         Spikes

·          Spongy silver paper

·         Staples

·         Glue

·         Green construction paper

 

1.       Cut out spikes with scissors.

2.       Then cut out the belt make sure it’s silver.

3.       Glue the spikes on the belt with a spider buckle.

4.       Next  put all the parts together and staple it on the monster.

5.       Now you have a monster belt.

Hi I’m eight years old and my favorite thing to eat is macaroni. My favorite animals are dogs. I have one sister and a brother, and my favorite color is purple and blue. I have a favorite book. It is Junie B. is a Graduation Girl. I have a favorite dessert which it is ice cream. My favorite flavor is mint chocolate chip. I go to Tatem , it is a great school. I’m in 3rd grade.
