Yesterday at GKP ( gifted kids )we had our first french leson, "bonjour" It was amazing, all the diferent pronunications like cret=deer odd ay.

9/9/12At swimming at the Aquatic Centre today, in my group there was me, Kahlil, Caleb, Sophie and a few others. We went over freestyle and how to backstroke properly.
10/9/12today We practised free style and back stroke then we were lucky.
We had extra time so we went into the deep pool and had a race. I came 3rd yay!!!
11/9/12 Today we just did the same as yesterday + we practised stretching our arms to get more power
but unfortunately we didn't have a race boho!!!
12/9/12 Today we got given flippers they make you go so much faster and it was easier to swim too!
We had to swim in the deep pool near the end. It was hard because the sinky toys went right to the bottom.

On Thursday at GKP we started by learning nzsl (New Zealand sign language). I learnt how to say my name (Gareth) good morning,good night, thankyou, please and yes please.

On planet Jupiter there lived many villages of monsters. One of the monster's name was Zaper.
Zaper is half octopu,s half norwell he has the power to control lightning.
He had a friend named Puff, he was a cloud with a brain.
One day they were watching TV when it was interrupted by a really important message
' A meteor was going to hit their planet'.
They came up with a plan. Puff went around and around and made lightning. Then Zaper made it destroy the meteor.
They had saved the entire planet from being destroyed.

This is my orca/killer whale in the making. They eat seals, penguins and other types of whales including blue whales- the biggest animal on earth. The orcas have to hunt together to take down such whales.
An orca is a mammal, because it breathes oxygen by coming out of the water. It also feeds its babies milk,and has strong bones.

Rrrrrr crack! there goes a cone I was driving a go kart around a cone and turned too sharply, took out a cone and then drifted. With three people pushing I was out of control!
Splash! I was socked, there were big splashes flying over my head and landing in a bucket that had heaps of holes. The rest of us were blocking the holes. By the end of it I was dripping.
What fun we had.

One day they set a trap worth celebrating for.
A carrot store full of booby traps.
Pretty soon Jo Bunny was caught.
The money and Jo Bunny never
left the carrot store again.

In Canada on Hudson Bay we went fishing for salmon, eventually I got a bite. Luckily I was wearing my life jacket the fish pulled me in. So I let go from the fishing rode there goes my fishing rod I thought. The life jacket pulled me to the surface near the bout so dad pulled me up with the net. The life jacket saved my life! So remember to wear a life jacket.
