Integrity, do you know what it means? Do you know what integrity means? Integrity means many things but the main definition for integrity is doing the right thing even when nobody is looking. Did you know that doing the right thing means being honest? Honesty is what makes people trust you. Honesty is like the inside of your heart and the many other things are like the walls that surround it. If you don't tell the truth, trust me, it hurts people more than you think. What follows through honesty is being a person that people can count when they need you most. That is called respect and responsibility. If you wanted to be treated in a fair way by your peers then you have to treat them the way that you want to be treated, if you make fun of someone if your having a bad day apologize, but if you decide not to you better be prepared to be made fun of.

Sadly a think many people in our world need to work on having integrity. So far I think that my own class has integrity and I will get to see if they still have integrity when we move on to fifth grade with Mrs. Crosby. I think that our community and society both need to work on having integrity. You see, there are good people out there and very bad people out there, and if the bad people out there just had the mind to think about what integrity means then I bet that our world would be a better and safer place to live in.

Also I am proud of myself because I am finally feeling like I have integrity. You see last October I had a hard time telling the truth. Now I have learned how much it means to have integrity and the good feelings that you have when you know that you have it.
