Happy 10th Birthday!

On my 10th birthday, I went to the Mets game. The Mets were playing against the Cardinals. I watched all the way from the top seats. What a view! After I watched the game, I went to the concession stand. They had a game, I got on line. There was a huge board with a button in the middle. Next to that, was a big tank full of water. There was a seat and on top of that was a Cardinal's fan. I had to throw a baseball at the button. If I threw it at the button, the seat would tip over, and lead the Cardinal's fan into the tank full of water. I didn't hit the button, but i sure did have a wonderful birthday!;)

I am having a great summer so far. I went to Boston before I started summer camp. I went sightseeing around the finacial district. I also visited the New England Aquarium. I saw different kinds of sea creatures like penguins. There were so many kinds of penguins! There was a skinny, long water tank that contained sea creatures located right in the middle of the aquarium. It was surrounded by a spiraled staircase. I even saw sharks and the jellyfish exibit! I thought the most fun and interesting part was when I touched a stingray.

I faced a fear once. It was a hot summer day. First, my mom told me" Let's get a drink. Why don't you go try order it yourself?" Then, I wailed" But mommmmm!" Next, she said" You could do it!" Then, I said" NO WAY!" Mom said" Yes" We went back and forth. It almost took forever! Then, I finally gave in. I went in the store and said to the guy at the counter," One Ice Tea and one cup of cold water." That wasn't so bad, I thought. Finally I got my order and ran back to the car to show my mom. " I told you so", mom said. " I know", I said with a grin.

I have changed for the better in the whole fourth grade by learning about American history and NY, arthematics, also electricity and magnetism. I would also like to improve my listening and concentration on my teachers when they speak and tell me to do something. I can improve this by concentrating more. My favorite memory of fourth grade is when my class would have extra time to play, when we were done with all our work. I wish I could stay in fourth grade forever! best year of elementry ever!

Dear King George,
You are the most selfish king I've ever met! You put taxes on everything we buy. Well of course you protected us but still, it is not fair. You care more for money than your people. You care so much for your money that I am pretty sure that you count your money before you go anywhere, just to make sure if a coin is missing. We need independence! We don't need you taxing us or your troops in our houses.

No, there is not anything available in our school that I would like to see eliminated. I would like to see clementines and cabage available at our school.I think my classmates would enjoy chicken with brocoli, fried cabage with whole bread and sushi with fresh lobster legs.

I just started a unit on nutrition. I love it! I think it is really interesting to learn about the food pyramid and what we should eat everyday. Nutrition rocks!

I read the book Scat. It was really long and intense story. My favorite character was Mrs. Starch because she acted mean and cold at school, but she really was a nice teacher. She did all that just for one of the rare animal speices.

I would be a loyalist because I don't want to get in trouble, go to jail or die. I don't want to be a patriot because it's more risky and dangerous. It could get me in lots and lots of drama and trouble. I think listening to king is safer rather than arguing with him. He could do anything with you. I mean, he's the king!

About the Blogger
I am a girl in 4th grade. In my spare time I like to go out and play with friends and family. I have a mom, dad and a brother named Dillon. I like to play with him. We both enjoy playing the Wii together. My favorite color is blue. I love math and science. My favorite food is BBQ ribs. I play 2 intruments. The piano and violin. I can speak 2 languages. Chinese and English. I love dogs. Especially the yorkys. My best friend is Grace. We like to play together.
I have the coolest teachers in my school. They are going to teach me lots of 4th grade stuff. I am so exicited to learn about crayfish with my class! This halloween, I am going to be a blue witch. I hope my basket will be filled with candy! I am also going pumpkin picking. I am deciding to make my pumpkin turn into a scary jack-o-lantern. I just started Club Penguin! I love it!
