When Me and my dad went to the mountains
One day, my dad needed this red or green kind of Lebanese shirt or clothes. But he knew a woman that knew how to make those clothes.
The next day my dad asked me if I wanted to go with him to get the clothes. So we got inside my grandma’s car and we drove off. On our way we see different things, like an Olympic place or a sports place for kids. But I don’t really know, but that’s what I think.
My dad showed me meadows. The meadows were as green as grass. And the birds were as fast as a lightening bolt. At the mountains we saw lots of backyards. The best thing we saw was a giant bridge. It was as big as Mount Rushmore.
At last we were there, but before we even parked, the woman opened the door. The person that my dad wanted to see! So when we went inside the house, I went to the garden. There was a workshop beside the garden (inside the house). I saw a man in the garden with a cat. We talked and played fetch with the cat. I was surprised that the man knew English and the cat knew fetch. The man and I talked and had a good time.
Then we went back up to the hall and by accident my dad stepped on the cat’s right foot! The cat went under the kitchen table and I followed it. I cheered it up. I saw that we were good friends. Normally I hate cats, but this is the best cat in the world!
Then my dad and the other two people came and said we had to go. That was a cat I would never forget. That cat is as good as a kid’s best friend!
