I was wondering about this question in class, so I decided to research it. If you want to know “what are bruises and what do they do” then this is the right information for you!
A bruise/contusion is bumps damage a type of tissue, in which, allowing blood to sleep in places in times its not needed. Bruises can cause capillaries to go to level of skin, muscle, or bone. A bruise is named after its own length, for example, petechia (less than 3mm), purpura (3mm to 1cm), or ecchymosis (1 to 3cm). Some bruises cause broken bones to wherever bumped, and some can cause surgery from a car accident, and falls. If the bruise allows the blood to escape from the inside to the out, then its no longer called a bruise, its called bleeding. But some bruises that are really damaged are able to cause bleeding. Bruises often give the feeling of pain, but small bruises aren’t normally dangerous, leading to other bruises, some of them are really serious that they cause more internal bleeding. Bruises have different colors and different sizes. Some bruises are really dark, it depends on the skin color. If you have a light skin color, than your bruises will probably be dark, and if you have a dark skin color then they will not show very well. Now a days, people say bruises are black and blue but there originally purple. The severity level of bruises is, light bruises(no damage),less than moderate bruises(little damage),moderate bruises(some damage),serious bruise(dangerous),extremely serious bruise,(very dangerous),and critical bruise(risk of death).

If only I could speak I would tell you to stop, but what happens, you don’t even listen as if I don’t have any feelings! You would just scribble on me every day and every night, but I have to admit that I’m enjoying your secrets. The only times I like are when you’re asleep, but hen you suddenly wake up and take my friends and family apart from me by ripping them! Its torture! I hate it I just hate it! You should be ashamed of your self. One day your writing and the next thing you know is that you’re arguing, nagging, and whining that written on. The worst thing is when you step on me and then toss me in the bin and you make me choke as if I’m so powerful and cant get any sickness. You even treat your pet better than me. And when you staple me, as if you’re stabbing me in the heart. And the glue, I become so gooey and disgusting. And when you spill your hot tea on me you burn me! So just for once, put me in your folder and take care of me.

In class we were studying the heart. I was so interested that I turned into a drop of blood. I’m going to take you on a small journey through the heart!
Where am I? Where are you taking me? Oh! Through the superior vena cava that comes from the lungs. Stop squeezing me! Ahhhh! Now I’m in the right atrium. Where are you taking me now? Oh No! You’re squeezing me again. Stop please! I’m going through the tricuspid valve. Not again. SPLASH! I fell again. Now I’m in the right ventricle. Where are you taking me now? Stop stop! You’re squeezing me through the pulmonary artery; it’s the only artery that carries blood. I get cleaned in the lungs. Wow! This is the first time I’m fresh. Carbon dioxide gets out of the body and is replaced with oxygen. Now I’m going through the pulmonary vein to the inferior vena cava that leads to the left atrium. The mitral valve. Nooooooooo! You’re squeezing me again. Now I’m in the left ventricle I’m going through the pulmonary artery again stop squeezing me please. All this happened in 1 minute? Not again…

Trip to Deir Al Qamar
Do you want to hear about a fabulous field trip in Deir Al Qamar? Then read on to find out.
I was so excited when the trip to Deir Al Qamar started. Time passed really fast, and we arrived in like forty- five minutes. When we entered the campsite, I set my bag on the floor and sat at one of the three tables waiting for everyone else to come, Coach Wissam gave us each a small snack before we set up our tents. The Turkish delight with hot chocolate was amazing. After our snacks, we all sat down on the ground and listened to the coach teaching us how to build our tent and how to undo it. After that, we went to work; Mia, Nour, Petra, and I were roommates, (tent mates).
When we finished building our tents, I was surprised we can do it. We had little rest in our tent and went back to the tables to have lunch, pasta with red sauce and salad. After that we had a two hours hike and it was something you can never imagine! It was so thorny and every time you try climbing a mountain, you slip. But it was so fun. When we came back, everyone looked like they were about to faint. I had a rest in my tent with my friends, and then got back to the tables. Coach Wissam said we are having a game called sand skiing. We headed to the activity center and coach Wissam started to explain. “Each group has to have four people in it, you put one leg on each board, and you start moving left, right, left, right.” My group and I were in third place. Some people in my group were mad because we were not in the first place, but I was proud of myself. When we went back to the campsite, it was kind of night time, so we had a rest, then we went to the activity center and had a camp fire. Coach Wissam told us a story. It was about going camping with coach Andrei, Who was almost eaten by a boar. After words, we had a small night walk and I was so scared of snakes so I was very cautious. After the night walk, we had dinner and I ate two chicken sandwiches.

One morning, I found out that it is Halloween. I was wearing my costume and I went to school. I was so excited, and I was also surprised that some people looked scary. We went all around the school with 5th, 4th, and 2nd grade. We had so much fun.
