 Laws People do something bad and get hurt so they think it would be a good to make it a law so people don’t get hurt. So police men talk to the government and congress and Supreme Court and then finally the president and if they all say yes it will become a law. Then fox news and other news stations announce that it is a law. And after that the police men enforce that law And arrest or fine anyone who breaks that law.
