Three things that I learned in this unit were that there are 2 types of changes in matter - chemical and pysical, that  calcium cloride gets extremely hot when mixed with water or cabbage juice, and that acids have numbers 0-6 onthe pH scale and bases have numbrs8-14 on the pH scale. Neutrals have the number7 on the pH scale.

   In this unit I learned that convection only happens in gases or liquids, all matter has moving particles, and that most of the sun's radiation going to earth is absorbed by earth. I liked doing the projects the most. I didn't like the long study guides. Does anyone know any more examples of radiation other than the sun or fire?
