This unit I learned that not all acids are harmful, and some acids are in the food we eat. Another thing i learned is how the pH scale works. I learned that strong bases are at the top of the scale and weak acids are at the bottom. The last thing i learned is that a product is what the substance you get after a chemical reaction. The thing i enjoyed most about this chapter is the lab we did with the baking soda, calcium chloride and the beet juice. I did not enjoy the test was very difficult for me. I get confused with exothermic and endothermic energy, so one question I have is how can I easily remember which one is which. 

I did not do well.

I learned a lot in science class this unit! I learned that particles in matter gain energy and move faster when matter is warmed. I also learned that energy in particles can make matter expand and contract. Another thing I learned is that radiation is the travel of energy without the use of matter. I really enjoyed all the labs we did this chapter. I learned a lot  from the labs which made me happy. i did not like the lesson on convection,radiation, and conduction. It was very difficult for me to understand. i still have a little trouble with it, but now i understand most of it. Though, one question i still have is what is the difference between convection and radiation? Please, comment.
