My Favorite part of fifth grade was going to Turtle River. I liked going hiking and finding plants that I've  never seen before. I'm glad I got to spend some time with my West friends before summer begins. 5th grade was awesome and I won't forget West. 

  Some things I am looking forward to in 6th grade are meeting new people and starting a at a new school. It will be weird not seeing some of my old classmates and teachers around, but it will be fun. I'm so excited for 6th grade! 

Bridge to Terabitha is by Katherine Paterson. It is a fiction boy who is stuck with a family of girl and he doesn't have any friends.  He loves to draw and run. Then a girl names Leslie moves to his town an they become friends they go into the forest and make a magical world called Terabithia. 

  I give this book 3 stars out of five. I thought it was very boring. Nothing exciting really happened until Leslie died. It was kin Id of confusing. I like the movie way better. I would not read this book again. I would recommend  this book. It did not catch my interest.

I wish I could be invisible. Then I could see if  people are talking about me or I could spy on them. It would be really fun! I could go to my sister's college and my brother's high school in Alexandria. It would be so cool!

In fifth grade we are learning about space. We did an experiment with a balloon, straw, and a string. The string was taped to the wall. We put the straw on the string and then blew up a balloon and put it on the straw and saw how far it went almost like a rocket! We are also learning about planets and the moons phases. Next week Dr. Guy is coming and we get to go in the GeoDome. It's a big dome and the only place it fits is the gym. It's 20 feet high and 20 feet long. Thats big! I can't wait tell Monday!
