I think what Dr. Seuss was trying to tell his readers that you yourself can choose where you can go. With the lines "You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose.". I think on what this means to me is that anyone can pick their own place to go. If their was one place I would be able to go, it would be every location on Earth (except Antarctica and the Arctic.). I think that anyone can have their own special place to go to. The line saying that you can steer yourself in any direction you choose was the most meaningful line in the passage, because I find it true.

The question that gets most people is, "Do we control technology, or does technology control us?"
Everyday, technology increases by the number. More and more people are getting more hooked into technology. The Internet is how most people are being able to get information now. Kids are using more than half their free-time to play games than going out to get some air.
Everywhere is people who have Blackberry phones or iPhones, which gives them Internet connection. More people are being subdued by technology everyday.
From the looks of things, it appears that it's technology that's controlling us than we are of it.
That's my answer to the question, "Do we control technology, or does technology control us?"

The one I found most interesting was part 7, Virtual Worlds, with that website virtual world, “Second Life”, because it was interesting of how business people use it to attend meetings with their virtual people. What caught my mind was that people use “Second Life” to meet other people around the world without flying on a plane, and they can do it in just their house on their sofa.
