In Health class this year we studied Nutrition and exercise. This is the reason why we watched SuperSize Me. The purpose of this post to let people know about the dangers of eating too much fast food.
The SuperSize Me video was pretty good. The nutritional aspect of the video SuperSize Me is that fast food is really bad for you, it doesn`t matter if you are really young or old. Also if you eat a really high fat diet you gain weight and can get a fatty liver and could die. Also you could get a fatty liver from drinking a lot of alcohol. It is very important to get a lot of exercise in your everyday life. The guy who conducted this experiment was see by doctors, a nurtritionist, and an exercise specalist. This is where exercise and nutrition comes into play.
I learned that it is important to eat right and get a lot of exercise. The more calories you eat and the less you burn=weight gain,the less calories you eat and the more you burn =weight loss and the calories you eat is equal to the calories you burn=weight control. It is important that people should mangage nutrition and exercise to enhance their health. What I learned was that fast food may be fast,easy,and looks good. It is not good for you!
