The New York Stock Exchange is where the business of the world gets done. Every other country looks there to find out what goes on in the world. The NYSE is where it all takes place.
Right after the first bell rings in the NYSE the stocks are off, and from that point about forty one in a half million stock have been created in that short amount of time. Each stock is an assigned a post and a panel. Brokers execute orders on behalf of their customers, and designated market makers are assigned to specifically trade individual stocks on behalf of their customers. Besides being the worlds largest market place, their also a pretty big television studio as well.
As you can tell, a lot goes on within the NYSE. It can be a very busy job, but the workers and stock brokers get it done!
