December freewrite: Christmas! December freewrite-Christmas is my favorite holiday, because snow is everywhere! Sometimes there isn't snow, and I wake up to muddy water outside. I love waking up, and looing outside to see snow. I go downstairs to open gifts under the tree. We always are so tired. But what wakes us up is the tree being so bright, and the stockings filled with stuff.

The night before, Christmas Eve, My family goes to my Grandpa's house and has dinner, and stays up until 12:00 and then we go home to sleep. When I go to sleep, I can't, because I'm always so excited! Christmas morning, we go to my Grandma's house to eat breakfast. After that, we open gifts. We stay for a bit, go home for only 1 hour and go to my Grandpa's house, and open gifts. Then we go home and eat lunch. We then go to my other Grandpa's house to eat dinner, and open gifts.

When we all go home we are so tired, and we always sleep in the day after. I love Christmas because we all share everything we have, memories and happiness.
