Hi guys welcome to term 4. Its great to read so many of your reflections and see your fantastic thought and goals for the coming term!

Its a quick term this time around - only 8 weeks. Week 7 we are off on our alt ed adventures and week 8 is all about our farewells, prom and house battles. So that means we really only have 3 weeks and 3 days left of school!

So much fun to be had, enjoy=http://

Hey everyone and welcome back. Its time for a new term and new goals.

Take this week to reflect on your holidays,

write down a recount of your time away.

Then look forward to this term and create a goal for yourself,

of the achievements you want to reach by the end of the term.

Another successful week!

Article posted April 1, 2011 at 03:45 AM GMT0 • comment • Reads 882

Another fantastic week ends for W3. We've worked hard this week playing catch up post camp. Still a few sleepy heads around (mine included) but we got there! Last night was our Family, Food and Fun Fair. W3 out did themselves holding several successful stalls, well done guys. In the 3 years I have been involved with this they are certainly my most keen students by far.

With only 2 weeks left of school it really is nose down, and full steam ahead, catch you next week :)

CAMP RETURNEES

So we have all survived a fantastic week of fun and weather at Lake Rotoma. We started with a huge rain storm, moved onto the wind and eneded with beautiful sunny days.

We had an amazing group of parents who not only came to watch and supervise on camp but also joined in the activities and got their hands dirty!

We have a fantastic group of year 7 students and learnt to enjoy one another's company with or without a shower:)

On Tuesday we had athletics day. The activities were 100m, 200m, 400m, long jump, high jump, shotput, discus and the 1500m was optional. the relays we did at the end of the day was really exciting and really loud because people were screaming and shouting. For overall athletics whakapoungakau came 1st, tarawera came 2nd, ngo came 3rd and matawhaura came LAST. But for relays whakapo and NGO came 1st equal and matawhaura and tarawera came3rd equal.

Teachers

W3 has had a lot of teachers this year like Mrs Markotsis, Mr Law, and whaea mercia who is with us for the rest of the term and then it is back to Mrs Markotsis.
Some teachers have a little myth about w3 it is said to be that teacher who teaches w3 gets pregnant cause first mrs markosis (who had a boy)and now whaea mercia but a way of telling it is just a myth is Mr Law hasnt been pregnant yet.

=)
