Teaching as a Career

When people think of their future they are thinking about what they want to do with their life. Thinking about your future usually means that you are thinking about what you want to do as a career. Many people choose teaching as a profession. What are the reasons to become a teacher. How many reasons could there be? I have found a quote on teaching that really moves me and helps me more appreciate those who are teachers. “Teaching is a special calling. It is not a job well-suited to everyone(Kelly).”
Reason 1: “Student Potential(Kelly).” Every student has potential though they may not choose to show it. Many teachers feel that it is their responsibility to tap into all student potential.
Reason 2: “Student Successes(Kelly).” When a student has a hard time understanding something and under your guidance learns that concept, it makes a person proud to be called a teacher.
Reason 3: “Teaching a Subject Helps You Learn a Subject(Kelly).” You never truly know everything about a topic. Though through all of the questions students ask you it is possible to learn more and more.
Reason 4: “Daily Humor(Kelly).” It could be you or a student that makes the humor in a day. Sometimes students can do or say things without even realizing what they have done. Make sure to have a good laugh at every possible opportunity.
Reason 5: “Affecting the Future(Kelly).” As a teacher you will be helping to shape the life and future of all of your students. You will help them realize their full potential and make it possible for them to have a successful future. Many teachers also act in the place of someone a student can look up to because many times the teacher sees more of the child day-to-day then the parents.
Reason 6: “Staying Younger(Kelly).” Being around the young students all day helps a teacher stay knowledgeable about things that students care about and helps the teacher to make a better connection to the students.
Reason 7: “Autonomy in the Classroom(Kelly).” Being a teacher you have the power to make your class fun and exciting. You are in control of how things will go and it helps you prevent being to autonomous.
Reason 8: “Conducive to Family Life(Kelly).” You have a higher possibility of getting the same days off as your children(if you have). You will also get time about the same time as them every day. If you have children being a teacher helps you maximize the time you could spend with them.
Reason 9: “Job Security(Kelly).” There is usually a higher possibility of you finding a job. Though you may have to be willing to travel and may have to wait for the new school year. Once you have proven your abilities then it is fairly easy to find a job in the teaching field.
Reason 10: “Summers Off(Kelly).” You as a teacher have a choice you can take the couple of months off. You could also find a job for the summer months if you need to or just simply to keep busy. It is entirely up to you.
In conclusion, there are always some good reasons to go into any career. Here are ten of the top reasons to go into a teaching career. Make a decision carefully about what you want to do with your future and do some research it is not as hard as it may seem.

Hero

What exactly is a hero? Each and every person has a different definition of hero. Just like each and every person has there own unique hero. When I say hero people may think of Superman or Wonder women. What I am actually talking about is the average every day ordinary person.
When I think of hero’s I think of someone who has had a great influence on a person’s life, some one who is there for you no matter what. A hero is some one that you know you can go to with any problem at any time, and they will take their time to help you figure out a solution.
Every one has a hero whether they will admit it or not. I have never heard a person go up to a person that they consider a hero and just thank them. These people or hero’s will do just about anything for us but do they ever here a thank you. I just want to take a minute and tell all of the hero’s out there that they mean something to us and just thank them for what they do for us.
My hero is one of my seventh grade teachers, Mrs. Spila. She has always been someone I could talk to. I try to go see her as much as I can and help her out. I know that some times her job can be tough as all teachers can. I do what I can to help as a way of showing that I appreciate her. I would just like to say right now that I thank her for all that she has done for me.
Once again thank you to all of the hero’s out there. Whether or not you know it you mean something to some one. What is a hero to you? Who is your hero? Just take a little time to think about it and thank them and just let them know that you appreciate what they have done for you.

Dreams

From Martin Luther King Jr. to everyday people like you and me every one has dreams. Dreams are very peculiar things that no one can control. Even if you try you will never know what they will be about. Sometimes they are funny and relaxing. At other times they are very scary and not at all pleasant. Others are just weird and you have no idea where they even came from. Some nights you can have multiple dreams about nothing in particular and others you have may insult people if they found out about them.
What about your dreams I mean have you ever really thought about what kind of dreams you have? Sometimes dreams can become something big and meaningful. A dream is just basically a thought or idea that you can shape and mold into anything you want. Just a little effort is all it takes to turn that dream into something big.
I have had quite a few weird dreams once I was on an alien plant. Another time I was hosting a contest to get some sort of priceless jewel that does not even exist. I love to have new dreams they open up new doors and windows into unexplored places. Just think that someday any dream you have could become something big no matter if it was a dream or a day dream it can become something.
It is just interesting to think what makes dreams? Where do dreams come from? Why do we dream? Just think about it next time you have a dream. Think to yourself can this dream become real. If so do your best to make it become real.

February Free Write: Did You Know
Most people know things like the sun rises in the east and set in the west. They also know that the week consists of seven day. There are many things that people don’t know. Here are some random facts that are not well known.
Did you know that “President Kennedy was the fastest random speaker in the world with upwards of three hundred fifty words per minute.”? Maybe you did not know that “The fifty seven on Heinz ketchup bottles represents the number of varieties of pickles the company once had.” Also that “According to suicide statistics, Monday is the favored day for self-destruction.” There are also facts like “The first known contraceptive was crocodile dung, used by Egyptians in two thousand B.C.”
See there are many facts that people don’t know some are interesting others are quite gross. Like how “When you die your hair still grows for a couple of months.” That is very unusual another unusual fact is “The pancreas produces Insulin.” I am quite disturbed by some of these things. See there are many things that we people did not know.
Like the fact that “one in five thousand north Atlantic lobsters are born bright blue.” Also that “The king of hearts is the only king without a moustache.” Many people might say why would I care about things like the lobsters or the king of hearts but just stop and think how interesting these facts are.
There are many random facts in the world. Some are disturbing others are just odd. They are all interesting though. So next time you are bored just search for some random facts.

Look then Speak
Have you ever done something that makes you seem a little insane (or possibly a lot) and someone notices? You begin to blush and stumble about trying to make up an excuse to make you seem less dorky. It never seems to work though and you end up seeming more insane than you would have before. Well it has happened to me more once basically it always happens.
One time in crew Sam and I were building the set which of course is a normal crew day. All of a sudden Sam stops drilling and looks at a piece of nearby wood and tells me “that is to ‘stubby’ you should take it back and grab another one.” I picked it up and headed back to the prop room. Meanwhile the entire time I was talking to the wood.
Another time I was at home and my sister had asked me to make her some soup. I headed out to the kitchen and grabbed a can of soup and went to the cupboard to get a pot. When I tried to pull out the pot that I wanted and it was right in the back. It was also a little on the stuck side. I began to yell at the poor defenseless pot.
One last example is when I was on vacation. Every time I walked past this one plant I either stubbed my toe or walked into it. Considering that I had shorts and not jeans this hurt. One morning I walked past the plant once again and right into it so I began to yell and scream at the plant.
While I was talking to the wood the technical director Miss Transue was actually in the back and I ended up saying something like “she does not like you anymore stubby.” Keep in mind that I was talking to the wood not the technical director.
While I was yelling at the pot telling it to just stop being so stupid and wiggle its way out of the stupid cupboard. I did not know was that my sister was actually standing there listening to me make a fool of myself. She had in fact been standing there the entire time.
While yelling at the plant, I had no idea that the neighbors could hear. I am of course used to the country where the closest neighbors are a half mile down the road. Not in the city where your neighbors are right next door like two feet from your back yard. Hear I am yelling at this “stupid” plant and the neighbors are listening to me.
Well by now I realize that I am not alone. That Miss Transue looks kind of confused and a little sad. She had thought for a moment that I had been talking to her. Then taking note of the piece of wood realized that I had not been talking to her. She then began to laugh and told me that it was super funny. What makes it even funnier is the fact that I thought I was alone.
Still not realizing my sister tight behind me I finally got the pot unstuck. Standing up I turn red realizing that I was not alone. After a brief laugh my sister walks away. She stops and turns around saying “oh I almost forgot I don’t want soup now.”
While I was screaming my head off at the plant. My aunt comes out of the house and tells me to calm down. She then has me apologize to the neighbors and I do while blushing realizing that I had not been as alone as I had thought. At least I won’t see them again so that makes me feel a bit better.
The board I learned that Miss Transue can be anywhere at any time so I better watch out. It is also easy to offend people without meaning to so be careful about when and where you talk to wood.
I also learned a lesson with the pot. My sister has a tendency to change her mind so don’t listen to her. I also learned that pots really cannot wiggle out of places. My sister can also appear at unexpected intervals so watch out for her too.
The plant also embarrassed me so I learned that all yelling at a plant will do is get you embarrassed. It also taught me that a great many people live in the city. Yelling at a cactus won’t even do anything but give you a very sore throat.
Have you ever done something embarrassing when you thought you were alone. I have and let me tell you it does not feel very good to be embarrassed. Just learn from my mistakes just so you don’t end up looking like a fool. It really does not feel good to make a fool of yourself especially when you think you are alone

Time for the Midterm Blues

Once again a bad case of the midterm blue has infected the student of Elk Lake Secondary School. I can tell because of the dreary and sad tones of the midterm blues can be heard throughout the halls. Most students are usually groaning and complaining both at home and at school. Midterms are especially horrible on Monday mornings the slowest and worst day of the week. There are a few simple cures for the midterm blues. Try eating a better breakfast and taking a shower in the morning. Don’t stay up so late playing video games or being on the computer. Study you get review sheets so use them.
Start the day right by eating a good and healthy breakfast which is especially important on Mondays. Start the week out right by getting up a little earlier and eating a nice big breakfast of toast and eggs and bacon or sausage with a nice big glass of orange juice to get you going in the morning. If it helps take a shower when you get up it can help wake you up and regenerate you in the morning.
You could also try going to bed earlier than normal. Most students stay up late and play video games or do something on the computer. If you go to bed earlier you will not be so tired in the morning. It will also keep you from falling asleep in class. If you can’t bring yourself to go to bed early then paint eyeballs on your eyelids. If done right you can fool your teacher into thinking you are awake and that you are at least trying. If not done right you will definitely end up in trouble.
Also try studying with the review sheets that your teacher gives to you. This will take away that feeling of dread and worry mixed in with nervousness you will be prepared and you know it. Take advantage of the review sheets while you still get them. You won’t have a review sheet your entire life. If you don’t understand your teachers and peers can always help.
In conclusion, there are simple ways to stop you from catching the midterm blues. Start by eating a good breakfast and maybe taking a shower. Don’t stay up so late and play video games or go on the computer. Study it will help that is why the teachers give you review sheets. If you already have it no fears do these things and you will be cured of your midterm blues.
WARNING: THESE TIPS WILL NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE. RESULTS MAY VARY

You would normally think of a rainbow as happiness the storm is over and the sun is shiny and the entire world is bright. The rainbow can be broken down into its colors to represent different emotions. The normally usual sign of happiness can now represent things like anger and sadness. Looking at just the colors of a rainbow can in fact change the whole symbolization of the rainbow.
Red can represent anger because red is usually thought of as the color of anger and being mad.
Yellow can represent happiness because yellow is the color of the sun warm and bright just like happiness.
Green can represent jealousy or envy it is usually the color chosen to represent jealousy and envy. There is the saying green with envy.
Blue can represent sadness the rain and tears are signs of sadness and when drawn most are colored blue.
These are what some of the colors of the rainbow represent to me. The rainbows colors can represent things from anger and sadness to happiness and jealousy or envy. In conclusion, the colors of the rainbow can represent different emotions.

Visiting the Middle Ages

December Freewrite
If I were to visit the Middle Ages I would first find a place to stay while there. Then I would visit the surrounding town to see the available jobs. Then a visit to the king’s castle would be nice. Then after making a good name for myself I would look for a way to come back home.
Staying in the Middle Ages would be fun but I would need a place to stay possibly a local inn. Most inns will provide basic needs from food and drink to sleeping accommodations. Once I find a suitable inn to stay at I would try to find a job.
I would need to a job with suitable pay so as to be able to pay off my stay at the local inn. Many jobs may be available like tending to the stables. Possibly work as a lumberjack or in the local mines. Whether they be iron ore or just stone mines. I might be able to find a job as a farmhand at a local farm. I may try to work as a fishermen if there are any local lakes or ponds or if the castle is neat a port town. I may also find a job at a local tavern. If I am lucky I can get a job at the inn I have chosen to stay at. Also if I am lucky I could get a job as a guardsman at the castle which would take care of a job and a place to stay all in one but I would have to be extremely lucky. After finding a suitable job I can begin to make some money and pay off my stay at the local inn.
After making a suitable amount of money I would like to pay a visit to the king’s castle. I would like to visit the court yards and the castle garden and any other place open to the public except maybe the dungeons the dungeons kind of scare me.
Then after making a good name for myself I would try to find a way home maybe a wizard who can help me travel through time. There may also be a portal in the surrounding country side that I could go through to find myself back home where I belong.
In conclusion, if I were to visit the Middle Ages I would find a place to stay. Also I would try to find a job so as to be able to pay for my stay. Then I would like to visit the king’s castle if possible. Finally after making a good name for myself I would try to find a way home to where I belong.

Jim: Good or Evil
In Something Wicked This Way Comes by Ray Bradbury the question of whether or not Jim Nightshade is good or evil will be answered. In Something Wicked This Way Comes the author Ray Bradbury describes good and evil. He describes good through Mr. Halloway “On the other hand, that unhappy, pale, put-upon man walking by, who looks all guilt and sin, why, often that’s your good man with a capital G, Will. For being good is a fearful occupation; men strain at it and sometimes break in two.(135)” Ray Bradbury also describes evil through Mr. Halloway “The seal-barker, the laugh-shouter, half the time he’s covering up. He’s had his fun and he’s guilty. And men do love sin, Will, oh how they love it, never doubt, in all shapes, sizes, colors, and smells.(135)” Ray Bradbury explains both good and evil through Mr. Halloway and that is how he explained it. Jim is good if he had been evil he would have joined the carnival, laughter would kill him not bring him back from the dead, he would have also stayed on the carousel longer not have gotten off of it of his own free will.
If Jim had been evil he would have joined the carnival when Mr. Dark offered it to him. Mr. Dark had offered Jim the chance to be in the carnival but he never joined. “Dark and Nightshade, Nightshade and Dark, sweet lovely names for names for such as we with such as the side shows to run around the world! What say, Jim? Jim said nothing, sewn up in the Witch’s dream.(235)” It is also presumed that Mr. Dark uses the maze to see what people fear most and then turns them into that and feeds off of their fear. Jim had already been in the mirror maze once and Dark would use that to reform Jim. Mr. Dark also harmed the Witch by pinching her picture on his skin which leads me to believe that he feeds on the pain and suffering. He also lies often for example he made Miss Foley to eight years old when she only wanted to be twenty. He turns the sales man into the dwarf possibly to represent something he fears or something horrible from his past. Jim hides from Mr. Dark in the library if he wanted to join the carnival he would have not hidden or given away the hiding spot to Dark to prove his loyalty.
Furthermore if Jim had actually been evil laughter would only harm him but instead it brought him back to life. Laughter kills most evil characters in the book when Mr. Halloway marks his smile on the wax bullet that he shoots the Dust Witch with and when he shoots her with the smile she dies(249). Mr. Dark was also killed by happiness when Mr. Halloway hugs him when he is disguised as Jed he smothers him in good and that kills the Illustrated Man(273). Then shortly after Mr. Dark dies from being smothered in good then the carnival starts to crumble to the ground because the freaks ran away and its supply of evil was running short(277-278). When Jim is dead at the end of the book laughter brought him back to life when if he had been evil it would only have made it worse.
In addition if Jim were evil he would have stayed on the carousel to age and become evil. The carousel had the power to make you older but if ridden to many times it can bring out the darkness in your heart and make you evil like it did to Mr. Cooger and Mr. Dark. Jim had chosen to let go of the carousel he got off on his own free will (269). If he had actually been evil he would have let the carousel take him around and around and age freely. Jim was not totally evil if he had been he would have held onto the carousel with both hand and not let on trail behind for Will to try and pull him off (268).
In conclusion, Jim is not evil in fact he is the complete opposite he is good. First if he had been evil he would have joined the carnival. Next laughter would have killed him not brought him back to life. Finally Jim would have stayed on the carousel to age free but he didn’t. In closing, Jim Nightshade is in fact good.

You may not think it possible to go around the world in a day or less but I have. I visited the blogs of students from different places in the world. I have left comments on three of my favorite blogs. The first blog was a story about moving to a new house and all of the untold wonders in it. I commented that I have moved before and it is like entering a place were untold stories are about to unfold. The secod blog that I read was about an American History project. I commented that I have always been interested in American History and that I had my heart set to teach History. The third blog that I commented on was about bigfoot and his different names in different parts of the world. The blog was trying to get across that some people believe while others do not. I left my opinion saying that I thought bigfoot was nothing but a hoax. I think it would be interesting to get a response to my comments and comments on my own blog from these students and many others around the world. This is how you to can travel around the world in a day.

In Something Wicked this Way Comes by Ray Bradbury I misunderstood what the Dust Witch was doing to Mr. Halloway and why his laughter seemed to cause her discomfort maybe even pain? If the Dust Witch is really magical then why was she unable to kill Mr. Halloway?

What does it mean to be grown up?
I interviewed my English sub Mrs. Hoffman and she said this.
“There are very few people who are actually grown up even adults. The biggest thing is learning to accept yourself. Learn what is good and/or bad about you. Also accept the people around you. You should enjoy the good and accept the bad. Be responsible to yourself and others, also be compassionate. Let one corner of your soul never stop being a child. You should live in the moment.”

Do you have the feeling that your teacher is crazy? Here is a few ways to tell if our teacher is crazy. If your teacher talks to themselves they may be crazy. If your teacher pretends to be a student they may be crazy. If your teacher has a can of food as a pet they may be crazy.
If your teacher throws markers and such around the room they may be crazy. If your teacher swings a peanut around on a string they may be crazy. If your teacher has a life size doll in their closet they may be crazy. If your teacher stashes pie and other food items in their desk they may be crazy.
If your teacher has a bad sense of humor and is very energetic they may be crazy. If your teacher unties your shoes they may be crazy. If your teacher makes you do jumping jacks in English class they may be crazy. If your teacher says words like most bestest they may be crazy. If your teacher has speeches like spitting in the cheese burger then they may be crazy. These are just a few ways to tell if your teacher is crazy.

Limited Omniscient- James was so bored he felt like he could barely lift his eyes to look at the clock. He hated Mr. Yung the Chinese teacher and the teacher felt exactly the same way about James. “James!” Mr. Yung shouted making James jump, “What is the answer to my last question” he asked in a slightly less loud tone.
James having no idea what the last question even was stammered out something that sounded like a good answer. The teacher flipped. “James that was not the right answer and the words you said were not even Chinese they were just made up, how do you expect to pass the final next week?”
“But Mr. Yu-“ James began to protest Mr. Yung shouted
“James if you would actually pay attention to me and not the clock all period long I would not be so mad.” James looked him in the eyes and thought that mad was an understatement Mr. Yung looked furious.
As Mr. Yung took a breath to continue yelling at him the bell rang and James let out a small sigh of relief. His relief was cut short as Mr. Yung said “James I would like a word with you the rest of you are dismissed.” James did not even start to complain. He just thought does Mr. Yung try to be evil all I want is to get out of this stupid class.
Dramatic- James lifted his eyes slowly to look at the clock. Mr. Yung the Chinese teacher was still lecturing in that voice that just seemed to drag. Mr. Yung shouted at James who jumped, “What was the answer to my last question.” James stammered out what he thought was a good answer but it soon became apparent that it was not. Mr. Yung shouted once again “First of all James those words were just made up and second if you can’t even say a simple sentence in Chinese how do you expect to pass the final next week?”
“But Mr. Yu-“ James began but the teacher cut him off.
“If you would pay more attention to me and less attention to the clock I would not have to yell.” Mr. Yung took a deep breath to continue and the bell rang James jumped up and was almost to the door but Mr. Yung’s voice stopped him “James stop I would like a word with you the rest of you are dismissed.” James slunk over to Mr. Yung’s desk and gave the teacher a menacing stare. Mr. Yung just stared back at him.
Omniscient- James was so bored he felt like he could barely lift his eyes to look at the clock. He hated Mr. Yung the Chinese teacher so much. Mr. Yung was in the middle of teaching his lesson when he looked over at James he stopped dead. He hated that kid so much, he hated yelling but he had to at least once a day with James. Each day all year long and now that the year was almost over he knew that James would not pass. “James!” James jumped so high he felt his head touch the ceiling. Good Mr. Yung thought I hoped that put a jump in your step.
“What is the answer to my last question?” James stammered out what sounded like a good answer. The whole while Mr. Yung’s frown was getting bigger and bigger. “James first of all that answer was not even in Chinese the words were just made up. Second of all if you can’t even say a simple response in Chinese then how do you expect to pass my final next week?”
“But Mr.Yu-“ James began to stammer but like the jerk he was Mr. Yung cut him off.
“If you would pay more attention to me and less attention to the clock then I would not have to yell all of the time.” James looked at the teachers face and thought he looks mad maybe I have gone to far this time. James did not know it but mad was an understatement but Mr. Yung was furious. He took a deep breath to continue his ranting but he was cut off by the bell. James jumped up and rushed to the door but was stopped by Mr. Yung’s voice “James I would like a word with you the rest of you are dismissed.” James slunk over to Mr. Yung’s desk the whole while his glare kept getting bigger. Mr. Yung looked at James thinking shame such a good talent wasted on such a useless boy. He also noticed James huge glare and just glared right back at him.

If I could meet any author in history I would chose to meet John Flanagan. I have read all of his books and cannot stop reading them. If I were to meet John Flanagan I would ask him what made him want to be an author. Also what gave him the idea for the Rangers Apprentice series? Then I would ask how many more books he would add to this series? Also which of his characters that he has written about is his favorite? Then I would ask him who his least favorite character is and why?
I would also ask him that if he came to America were would he want to go the most and why? I would also ask him what his favorite book is and why? Also who is his favorite author and why? Finally I would ask him if he could visit any country in the world where he would go and why?
When I meet John Flanagan these would be the questions I would ask. Upon receiving these answers I would be filled with joy. John Flanagan would be the most exciting author to meet. So as you can see if and when I meet John Flanagan I have a great many questions for him.

Pay Attention To Me
Questions- Has your friend ever done or said something really mean or nasty? Did you think you should tell on him/her but were not sure because they were your friend? So you should ask the question when is it appropriate to tell on a friend. There are a few reason they could be thinking about starting a fight, they could be thinking about doing something that could endanger their life, they also could be thinking of doing something that could hurt them in the long run ex. drugs.
Story- Mrs. Spila is the hero of my childhood as my teacher Mrs. Spila really inspired me. She is my hero because of the way she impacted my life hr guidance is still something I look for and follow. Most of us think of our parent or maybe even older siblings as our heroes. But our teachers are as much of heroes as our parents and siblings. Teachers guide us through our lives with life lessons, teachers also direct us in our toughest times in life, teachers chose to do this and many make a big impact on our lives.
Broad Statement- This world is full of people who cheat to win. It seems as though no one is happy to just lose honestly. If people continue this course all humans could possibly become liars and cheaters. So it all comes down to your decision to cheat and win or be honest and lose. When you do something dishonest you could win but people will start to lose their trust in you, if you are honest and lose people will still respect you and next time you could win, it is up to you to decide if it is better to cheat and win or be honest and lose.

I had a very interesting summer this year. First off I had two different vacations this year and they were both amazing. My first vacation was out to Arizona. I got out of school the last two days so that I could go. I went with my mom, sister, cousin, and grandparents out to visit my aunt and uncle who moved out there a few years ago. When we went out my aunt had taken the whole week off. We took a couple of days to go to the Grand Canyon. It was a lot of walking but also a lot of fun. When we got back we rested for a couple of days and then went to the zoo. Then after a couple more days it was time to go home it was sad to leave my aunt and uncle but I had a lot of fun. It was one of the best weeks ever.
Then later during the summer my dad and step-mom took me and my sister out to Disney. Each day we went to a different park. It was such fun we always ate out and it was nice to spend time together. I enjoyed it because my dad was not out on some fire call or running with the ambulance. When it was time to go home we waited at the hotel and got a ride to the airport and then we finally landed back home.
Although both vacations were nice I learned one thing that there is nothing like coming home at the end of a vacation. In conclusion, my summer was very interesting because I had two vacations, and remember summer is never a bummer.

Hi my name is Zach and for my first English assignment I had to decorate my English binder. Now that I have that done and I have presented it to the class I must now blog about it. First I had to chose a quote that best represented me which was “Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending” written by Maria Robinson found on the internet. I chose this quote because I believe that it is true no one can change the past but if someone believes and tries hard enough they can change their future for the better. Then I also had to tell an interesting thing about me which was that I like to read a lot.
Then after that I had to choose four pictures that I thought best represented my personality. The first picture I chose was a picture of John Flanagan. I chose this picture because he is my favorite author of all time.

The second picture I chose was a picture of the sun smiling out at the world. I chose this because I always try to be cheery and upbeat.

The third picture I chose was a picture of the three bears. I chose this because when I was younger my mom would always read me this story as a bed time story.

The fourth and final picture I chose was of a family having a picnic. I chose this final picture because I love to spend time with my family.

Though it may not be much it is my binder and I think it really represents my personality.
