note taking to study with .not to fail on a test.i think it helps me. it helps by remebering.if you take notes you wont fail.
during classes.At anytime you need to.At the time that is best for notes.When ever you want.Any where you want.
If there is a test.If there is a quiz.If there is a mid chapter test.If there is a take a look back at your notes time you can have those with you.
