Fourth Grade Ends

Today is a school week away from the end of school. This was my first year here so it was very different like a whole grade on a field trip at once, 7 grades instead of two in the school, and a lot more. Im am happy and sad. I am happy because I will have no more work but i am sad because my freind is moving and my freinds won't be there during the summer.
My favorite thing about the year was the science field trip. We did a project with two friends. We did a try board. When we were there we got to meet Greg Marshall. After that we got served the best chichen fingers ever.that was my year in forth grade.

The Lost River Cavern

On spring break I went to the Lost River Cavern with my mom and dad. We went on a tour of the cavern. It was really cool. It had a ball room with a place for a small band to play. My favorite part is the lost river. It looked 3 feet deep but it was like 6 feet deep. When I through a coin and it hit right away. That was my tour.

In April 2011,my class and I (Mrs. Griffin class)are going on a field trip to a science center to present something to a question. My group and I are doing what is the most crtical scientiic discovery of our genoration? My two partners are N. and A. We are going there this tuesday. We are doing a try-fold. Thats what we are doing in science.

Evaporation is when you leave water out and some of the water dissapears. This happens because the warmth turns the water into water vapor. Condensation is when water inside a bottle is so cold so when you go into a warm place so it gets frosty.

Snow Day

On my snow day I got up late and watched tv and played my ipod.After that me and my friends went out side and made snow forts for a snow ball fight.It was really fun.Then we came to my house and made a gigantic fort.It could fit all three of us but when one of them left we made it to big and it collapsed so we distroyed the rest. That was my favorite snow day!

On winter break I got for Christmas a new bike. It was one of my favorites. That morning I learned in like 2 minutes. I got a Yankees jersy. It was my favorite. Those we're my favorite presents.

I am going with Jordan and Lucas in my neighborhood. I have a party with pizza and then we go trick or treating. I have bags with 5 pieces of candy for everyone. My neighborhood is very small. Thats what I am doing on Halloween!

4th Grade

I am liking 4th grade a lot. I really want to sit on the big ball. Every day someone gets to sit on a big exercise ball. I hope my turn comes soon! My teacher, Mrs. Griffin, is very nice. I am learning a lot. That's what I like about 4th grade.
