The 3H Crew learned all about biographies. First they read a biography, took notes, and then used the information learned to create a project about the subject of their biography. Students could choose to create a PowerPoint Presentation, Glog, or accordion book. The final activity was a Biography Bash where the students "became" the person they learned about and gave a speech to classmates, parents, and other special guests. The 3H Crew is very interested in learning all about the history of our community. Today we learned about how architecture has changed in the 300 years Haddonfield has been around. After learning about different styles of architecture, we hit the streets and became architecture detectives. We checked out 7 houses and after answering a series of questions, determined what style of architecture each house was. Here we are in front of a great example of a Queen Anne style Victorian house.

We ended our Sound Unit by making Recycled Instruments. Each student was taped while he/she presented their instrument to the class. The students also wrote a paragraph about the instrument and took a photo of it using an iPad. The students created a Glog (an interactive poster) incorporating all of the components.
