 Why our school caretaker is the best. Day after day Tony helps clean up disgusting things around the school . Tony gives up his time to clean the air cons and windows covered with spider webs. The air cons suck in germs and dust and it could make Tony sick. But he still soldiers on! Tony bring in the big vacuum to clean blood left behind from injuries ,spilt paint that kids have knocked on the floor and brings the big vacuum cleaner to suck up revolting spew up from tummy bugs children collect. How would you feel doing this job? Tony goes around the school looking after the environment making the school gardens look like a fantastic home show garden. Tony goes round to every garden and pulls weeds out: big ones ,little ones. If the soil is overflowing Tony will take pieces of wood to put around as edging so the soil is not overflowing . He brings the leaf blower to blow the leaves away and Gary brings the leaf sucker upper and sucks it up. Tony is the best garden caretaker in ROTORUA. Does your caretaker ever join in to your communities? Or has he made props to make the communities fantastic and colourful not dull or un-colourful ? Well we have two that do the same thing. Tony and Gary both make props and join in with fantastic acting skills. There we have it some simple things why Lynmore has the best caretaker in ROTORUA and New Zealand. Some are good and some yuck never the less. I know all Lynmore students and teachers feel proud and privileged to have Tony and Gary around. Hayden Everiss ,room 2, year 6, Lynmore School.
