Our Dazzling Duathlon

On Friday the 8th of March Malfroy school had a Duathlon. In the morning after a couple of minutes s we went to the ifeld so the taechers could show us what to do.
The first runners ran then the bikes and then the last runers.
After morning tea the school went on to the astro tur,f then the field thats where we set up. The y6 went first then the y5,y4 and y3 went last.
After all of that we relaxed!

My Weekend

On Friday I went to my nan's to spend some time whith her. All Friday after the wallkathon I just played skylands.
On Saturday me and my nan went to the skating rink. Then we went to the ice cream parlour. I got a double cone with sprinkles, then we went home.
On Sunday we did nothing, my mum came to pick me up and we went home.

On Sunday me and my mum and dad went to Auckland to see my dad's dad. His name is Nelson and he is named my dad's name Nelson. That means I am the 3rd Nelson in my family.

Kangaroos are marsupial animals that are found in Australia as well as New Guinea.
There are four kangaroo species.
1. The red kangaroo
2. Eastern Grey kangaroo
3. Western Grey kangaroo
4. Antilopine kangaroo
Kangaroos can hop around quickly on two legs or walk slowly on all four and they also can't walk backwards.
Kangaroos have very powerful legs.They can jump three times of their height,and they can swim.
Kangaroos eat grass.

Friday afternoon students went to the library to see Joseph Delaney.He is the writer of the Spooks series. He is from somewhere from England.
He has writen 13 books so far. He has writen apprentice,curse, secret,battle,mistake,sacrifice,nightmare and other ones.
I really enjoyed meeting him.

sports day

At school some of the students went to Rotorua Boys High on Monday 10/12.
When we got there we went to the activates.
First I went to football then after football we went next door which was touch. Touch was awesome.
All of the schools played all of the games.
