Last week our teacher taught us how to search a power point on google. He challenged us to search and fine 3 power points but write about the best one we found. The best one I found was called "Bacterica, Viruses, and Cells! Oh My!"  I found this one most interesting because the title caught my eye. I can understand it based on what I have learned and what I am going to learn from my teachers. The only down side that I dont like about this is that it has some disgusting pictures. I know that it shows how bad viruses and bacteria can affect you but its disturbing.  Other wise, I really enjoyed the power point. 

I have only been taking the tour for about 10minuets now. I think it looks like you have to be really mature and speficy to work in their. I took a picture that is really important to the government. It is called the Court Room. 

I would think the purpose of this game is to understand the judicial branch better. It helps us by realizing that it is our main government in court. Some games are harder than others. It makes you think of what you need to do to get the right say.

One of my best friend is Emily. She is in 7th grade just like me. We have been best friends sine 6th grade. She is my "go to girl" when times are hard. She always has a smile on her fave trying to make people laugh. We didnt really like eachother since last year. We were actually enemies in 3rd-5th grade for whatever reason. She brightens my day whenever I am down. She is very funny, amusing, smart and very pretty. She is 5"2. Emily is an AMAZING vollyball player as well a basketball player. We play for our school together and she plays for a select team. She has a unquie personalitly. We have been through alot together and I am glad that I have a friend like her. I love her. 

Today in class Mr. Jacklin showed us a bunch of videos having to do with new technology devices in  2011.  I think that the Verizion Zoom was like a copy off of the Ipad. It had almost all of the features on an Ipad but the Zoom had a webcam and more space for files. Also, the SafeKey was a cool feature except what if you are in a rush to get some where?? you have to do a certain pass code. One thing that stood out to me was the Verzion Television. It had all the features for your house. For example, if you forgot to turn of the lamp downstairs because you were reading, you just turn the TV on and hit a certain bottom on the remote. This object can control all electronic objects from any where to inside to out. Another one that stood out was the credit card security because if somebody sees it, you must type in YOUR passcode.

I hate picture day! It is the WORST! Why? its because my hair is always horrible and thats a girl main thing about taking the picture.... her hair. We just had picture day today and my hair was like an atomic poof. I hated it. So if u hate picture day just comment and give a reason! 

     Ok, so I have some question on this video we watch today. Our class watch 2 videos on Bing Maps. In my opinion the videos were the same to me. Yes, this stuff is cool but I have a few questions that I would like to share.

 Questions:                                                         

• Why do we need this technology?


• Do people just make “newer” technology just to get what they would like?


• Because you can have videos and pictures. Why are we taking a bunch of pictures and over lapping it with videos?
