You make my heart stop like a metorite hitting the Earth. My heart is as full as the moon. You attract me like a bee to pollen. You are the mirror that reflects love into my heart like a reflecting telescope.

Track Riding

Stevie's house is awesome. A couple of days ago I went to my friend's house. His name is Stephen but I have always called him Stevie. He rides dirt bikes like me. He also so is really good at bmx so am I so we ride a lot together. I biked to his house like I always do . I knocked on his door and he answered and I asked him if he wanted to ride. He said yes. I said sweet I will meet you outside. We raced a couple of times around the yard then I said do you want to ride the track. When he was five him and his Dad built a dirt track that he uses his bikes and dirt bikes on. We played for about an hour then my parents called and said my Dad was leaving for work so I had to leave. I said bye to Stevie and road home a lot can happen in just one hour.

Space

Article posted November 5, 2010 at 07:12 PM GMT • comment • Reads 1080

It takes 18 minutes to get into space those are some of the longest. After detaching the rockets and fuel tanks they are are floating weightlessness in the endless black ocean of stars. Here are some of the things they do living in the Space Shuttle.

The most important thing in space besides the suits is food. At first food was something you squeezed out of a tooth paste tube. Now you can mostly eat what the natural form on earth. There is no refrigeration in space. The astronauts eat three meals a day just like on earth. Eating in space can be fun too. Since there is no gravity you can throw it and it will just float around but have to be careful because it can't hit buttons or bump anything. Even adults play with their food.

Working in space is pretty easy. can just throw your tools across the space shuttle and someone can catch it.When they work in space the mostly work at the space station. They also launch satellites and fix broken satellites. They use big arms that come out of the space shuttle to do those jobs.

Sleeping in space is so much different from sleeping on earth. when you sleep in space you are either strapped to the floor or walls of the Space Shuttle. It is like a big sleeping bag.It is pretty funny when there arms come out when they are sleeping they are floating above their heads. Where the sleeping quarters are is a very tinny space. It is in the end of where they eat and work out.

Being on the Space Shuttle can be difficult because you miss your family but also fun because you can float around like you have always dreamed of when you were a kid. When the astronauts return they sigh a sigh of relief on a successful mission and I bet they can't wait to smell the fresh air of earth.

Rye Airfield

Article posted November 3, 2010 at 04:15 PM GMT • comment • Reads 907

I walk through the fence door pass the micro park and into the street course. I glance to the right and see the monster ramp. It is called that because it has a big monster energy logo on it.By the the end of this session I will roll in on it with my fuzion. I start out on smaller things.

After I get warmed up, it's time. I climb the steps to the monster ramp. Peter is standing next to me my heart starts racing and I am pretty scared because it is about a 16 foot drop. I said to my self I have to go before peter. He nudges up to it then backs down here is my chance. The fuzion doesn’t clear so I have to pull up and jump forward. My wheels hit the ramp there is no turning back now. I hit the ramp and kind of bailed I was super siked that I landed it and did it twenty more times each time I got better and better. Second to my last run I pushed off but my scooter deck shifts to the left as I am going down. I try to straiten it up before I hit the transition but I am to late my left hip hits the ground then my head. I was stunned I stayed there for a little bit then got up and got ready to roll in again. That was one of my favorite things I have ever done at Rye airfield.
