The Weather balloon are made out of latex and or synthetic rubber. The air hot balloons are filled with hydrogen or helium



Air hot balloon are discovered in France 1783.  Air hot balloons were sent up with no passengers.  weather balloons help science’s us study weather and atmosphere.
