I hope everybody is having a great holiday break! I think we were all ready for one. I hope everybody has been able to find our blog okay. It's taken a little while to get everyone on the blog. It's been great for the students to learn how to log on to the computer and practice typing. We are so excited to have an audience for our writing. For their Polar Express stories, we read the book and students were asked to put on their imagination caps and pretend that they had the chance to get on the Polar Express. They wrote great stories about what they would do as well as drew pictures on Kidpix to go along with their stories. Enjoy their stories and please feel free to comment!!

Welcome to our blog! We are very excited to have an audience to read and comment about our writing! We will be using this blog to share connections to books, or to share about things we have been learning about in the classroom. This past week, students created their avatar's using KidPix, and also wrote a brief description about themselves.
