Hey, there people! This is skippy6289. Guess what? My friend JeterGirl is on Google. She is also on Google images. Here is the picture. She made it a long time ago. She is a way better artist now. It is called Tweet, Tweet, Meow, Neigh." Here it is:
I know the art isn't the best. It is the only thing she is on Google for so give me a break.
Bye, skippy6289

Hey there everybody. This is skippy as usual, and, as most of you know, I went to Club Getaway yesterday and it was super awesome. Here is a list of things I did, and then I will write a little bit about each one:
1 the inflatables
2 zip line
3 lunch
4 dance party
5 ice cream
6 rock wall
7 supposed to do archery but did trampoline
Okay, so let me start with the inflatables. There was a boxing ring where you were in there and you had heavy gloves that were bigger than my head. There was also something where there was a giant ball and you were on little beanbag like things and you had to try to knock someone down. I did that and I felt like I was going to fall like 6 times but I kept my ground and won in the end. There was also this thing where you were attached to a large peice of string or rope or something and whenever you got to a certain point it pulled you back. I did that too but I fell on my butt every single time I did it.
Now the zip line. I was seriously nervous in the begining but once I saw JeterGirl do it and everypne else I tried. It was like you were moving at the speed of light on a little cord. I wanted to go again but we didn't have time. Most of the people in my group chickened out. That was the zip line.
Well, lunch was pretty self explanatory. Lunch.
Then in the boat house there was an awesome dance with TilyGirl and a few other teachers. I went up to the stage and danced. However SharkMan, on the other hand, was hiding. On Monday I am going to hunt him down like a dog with a freshly cooked filtet mingion and see what was up with him.
After the dance we went out to the basketball court and had some ice cream. It was one of those ones with the chocolate and the vanilla in one cup. Well, then we went to the rock wall.
The rock wall was really fun, but I barely got ten feet off of the ground 'cause I did not have my glasses, and I was kind of nervous.
Then I was supposed to go to the archery ranger but it was too far for me to walk. I brought JeterGirl where we were strapped onto a harness and we jumped really high on to a trampeline.
The only bad part about the trip was the bus. I was hoping to get a litle shut eye because it was an hour and a half ride but everyone was screaming and yelling. uggg. But otherwise it was the best field trip ever. I heard in ninth grade we get to go again, and we can stay overnight.
Hasta la pasta!

Skippy's book review 4

Hey, there people! This is skippy6289 ready to report something as much as a new book. This book is part of the "Candy Apple" series, and it is called Drama Queen.
I like this book because it has something for me to relate to. When I was in third grade I tried out for the play, got embarressed, and got a really small part without any speaking. And so did the main character Charlie (or Charlotte).
I think it was a good book. All in all, I liked it. Out of 10, I give it like a 6. I hope you read it, and like it as much as I did. Before I forget the author is Laura Dower.

HI, everybody! This is skippy6289 here. I am going to talk to you about a country that you probably have never heard about. The country is called Birelight. It is an island so smmall that it is not on most maps or globes because it is so small. It is right smack in the center of the Indian Ocean. The national language is British, and the religion is Gaga. Their most famous historical landmark is Mount Shoji, in other words "The Purple Mountains." Most of the people of Birelight prey to the Lord of Gaga at Mt. Shoji.
Every year iPineapple and I go to Birelight, go to Mt. Shoji every morning at 2:30 in the morning, and prey to the Lord Gaga. We also have more fun things to do such as roof top skiing the national fruit.
Thanks for reding this article Skippy6289

KFWH Student Council

Hi, there. You might be wondering what KFWH stands for. Well, it stands for "Kids for World Health." KFWH was created by third graders who wanted to help kids like them in troubled countries. Ever since then, kids like us have been helping kids in Saudi Arabia, Africa, and the Sudan. This year Student Council is helpping kids for World Health, and they are now helping someplace new: the African country Uganda on the continent of Africa. You will soon have fifth graders come to your class and show you a presentation. You will soon know more, so that is all I am going to tell you.
