On Tuesday we did a project and we had to stick a crumbled up piece of paper under our arm.  We had to keep it in there for the whole day, but at lunchtime I had to quit so I could carry my tray to eat.

Last Tuesday my class and I pretended to be a penguin parent and we had to crumble up a pice of  paper and put it under our armpit. A lot of people quit at about lunch time including me. I quit because I realy wanted to do somthing fun at recess. After I did that thing at recess and the rest of the day I was comfortable. It was not so much like a penguin because a penguin has to keep it in their legs for a longer period.

When I was hloding the peses of  paper in armpit  it was vary  uncfortuble. It was unfortable when you had to play at reeses you could not thow the ball it was hard.I do not like this

On tusday we learned about father penguins and how they have a brood pacth so mr.sandridge made us do a prject we had to put a piece of paper under our armpit it hurt chad was the first to drop out i almost won.

Today in class we had our fall party.  We did lots of fun things. We had a challenge to guess how many candy corn pieces were in the jar.  We also made a craft.  It was picture frame!    After that we had lunch.  What a great fall party!

When the headless horsemen threw the pumpkin , it swiched his heads. He haunted the forest forever.

At school we hade to do a preogect it was to keep a ege well it was achley  a crmbled up pice of paper well we had to keep a pice of paper under are arm so we could be like a father penguin. Then we had to do it for the rest of the day. the first person to drop it was chad then cole  and then james and so on when we whent to lunch i droped mine on perpus becauseit hert your arm so i stoped . The winer was ryan j and naryan s and kyle they got candey from mr s my teacher. Hope you like my article             by jamie d

Being a pengiun parent is hard work I kwow that because Mr.s gave us an   assignment to put construction paper in our armpit.    I only made it to the beging of lunch.  Resses was bothering me.

being a father penguin is hard. I think its hard because we needed to hold crumbled up construction paper in our armpits for a day.I did not make it. But it was fun.

On wensday we where learning about pingwens and how a babey pingwenes father whill do any thing to keep it alive.So we trid it We stuk a paper in are armpit.I cam in 5th plase.

On Tuesday  we had to be dad penguins- for real! We had to carry papers in our armpits all day - even at recess and lunch! I used to not care about how penguins were treated, but now I feel bad for them!

Yester day we petended we were the father penguin. By making a rolled ball and puting it in our armpit. we had to try to not drop it or take it out the hole in tier day. Two people won I didn't  win. The two people that won got a piece of candy. It made me fell good to learn how much the father penguin has to do to take care of the baby penguin.

Being a father penguin must be hard because as I tried it you cant pick up things properley, you cant run as fast and you cant eat for a long time. (P.S. it was very uncompertle with a sharp crumbled up piece of paper in your arm pit.)

I fell bad for the emporer penguin because it has to protect an egg in its pouch on its feet. We[our class] had a contest to see who could hold a balled up peice of paper.I lost. It was fun . Like two peaople won though.

On Tuseday I had to keep piece of paper under my armpit. It was to see how much trobol a emper pangwen would have to go throe.It was relly hard I was one of the last ones out.It was relly hard at reces.I got out at reces I was relly sad. I feel bad for bad for the emper pangwen.

Mr. sandridge made us feel like male penguins by holding a crumbled up piece of paper in our armpits and tryed not to drop it. Lots of people quit, but I didn't. It realy dosen't feel like it because penguins dont use pencils and papers. It was very, very, uncomfurtable but I wanted to win. So I did it.     Thats what was fun in the classroom!         [ Or Antarctica.]

On tuesday we learned about father emporer penguins and how they keep the eggs warm. Then we crumpled up a piece of paper and stuck it under our armpits for the day. It was hard but it must be even harder for penguins cause' they have to put it on thier feet.

Having an egg (peice of paper crinkeled up into a ball) under my armpit was hard! Mr. Sandridge said if we could keep the peice of paper under our armpit we would get a prize, so I tried to keep my egg under there but during recess when I was playing circle dodgeball when I got hit in the arm the egg fell out. Being a Penguin Parent is hard.   

On Tuesday,October  2009,Mr.Sandrides class was lernig about the emper penguin then we did centers an met with Mr.s and one group said" hay why don't we stick a pice of constuction paper in are armpit for  the day".I quit first! 

whanwe  had  to cary     the  egg   it  was     so    hard  to    do   that   becuase  we culd  not   do    stuff   and    i    fealt  mad becuase   we culd  have        to           cary                 the                   egg                      with                     out                                    eat                                 for                     4           2              mounthes    .      not   give    eich other  a     hi  five          .An

When we had to  cary the egg around I felt a little mad because it was hard to cary it with out it  touching anything.I think the father penguin feels hungry because he can't eat for 2 months.Thats how I felt.

I  feel   good  because it was easy to hold the egg in my armpit. It could be a little hard for the Dad to hold the egg.
