Constitution Post 1- The Articles of Confederation

This post is about three reasons the Articles of Confederation were not working. One problem was that there was not a head of government. Another problem was that the Congress did not have any power. A third problem was that there was no court system. These problems caused the Articles of Federation to fail, and leaders met in Philadelphia to change it.
