The Declaration

Dear King George,
I think your taxes are unfair. If you don't pu the taxes lower and think again about your laws there will be Boston Tea Party every day.I would be brave enough to sign my full name!

We are doing the ELA test this week. The advice that I will give to future fourth graders about the ELA test is that you have to do more work and the qustions are much more difficult.

Once I had an argument with a person. I really thought I was right.I stated yelling and so did the other person. we solved the problem by calling an adult to solve the problem.

In "Report To The Principle's Office" the character I most liked was Eddie Mott because in the beginning of the story he wanted to make as much friends as possible. When I come in middle school I would want to make friends. So we can relate to that.

Writers

To be a writer you need to have an open mind and you have to be creative.Someone can be a better writer by looking at other writers stories and to write stories at their house. Some advice to writers that are frustrated with writing is that they should look at other peoples writing pieces.I admire professional writers is that they can write books with 700 pages in a few years.

I think that when we are done with our PSA's we should let the whole school see them.I think this a fun project and it will teach us about working together.

A Wild Week

Article posted March 9, 2010 at 11:01 PM GMT0 • comment • Reads 1512

I think the most important thing we learned is that native Americans is that they never wasted anything. If I could I would tell the world that most of the U.S's law and government is based on the native Americans laws and government.I think this should be done to the next fourth graders because we learned a lot about native Americans then we ever knew.

When Robert Kimmel smith came to our school it was funny that he talked about his kids.My favorite part of his visit was when he signed our books.I would like to ask him when he started to write books.

I think that the Long Island Philharmonic was great. My favorite part was when the donkey came out and danced on the stage. The performance was great and and it seemed to me that I would have never been able to that.

ELECTRICITY

Article posted February 23, 2010 at 01:09 AM GMT0 • comment • Reads 1438

I think we depend too much on electricity because we can not do a lot of things without it.If we didn't have electricity for light we would use, fire classes would have different teaching methods and I wouldn't be typing this.If I invented a machine I would make it run on the sun because the suns power doesn't pollute the air.

A Job

If I was in colonial times my job would be to be blacksmith.I picked this job because I would like to see how medal objects are made.I would like to make some thing by myself too.I would be a gunsmith too if I couldn't be A blacksmith.
