Title: Who Do You Look Up To? (11/16/09)
Description: Role models are people who have the qualities or characteristics that we would like to have.

Role models are people who have affected us in a way that makes us want to be better people, and we “look up” to them. Who do you consider to be your role model? You may list 1 or 2. Remember to look within your family for some great people as well!

Why did you choose this person? In what way or ways would you like to be like this person? What can you do to accomplish this?

You may also add any other information that you would like.

Also, you can comment on blog entries of other students in our classroom or in classrooms that we are sharing with.

Make sure that you TRIPLE check your blog and your comments for proper capitalization, grammar, punctuation and spelling!

***Remember that a blog is NOT a journal. What you write can and will be viewed by other people, so DO NOT put any sensitive or personal information!***

Mr. Dugger is my role model because he makes learning so much fun.He teaches us new tricks all the time to help us remember all of the things we need to know.
He has alot of patience for all of us and it shows me how much he cares about us.
Even though I don't want to be a teacher, I really want to be a video game designer, Mr. Dugger will help teach me things I need to know for the future so that I can get there.

I have two role models. They are my Tae Kwon Do teachers, Master Messina & Sa Bum Nim.  I am a black belt. You may think that's high but I have a long time before I'm at their belt level!  They taught me about PERSEVERENCE!  That means working hard and never giving up.  They have worked really hard to get where they are.  They teach kids not to be bullies and how to stand up to bullies.  They also teach kids to be healthy, safe, and physically fit.  I know they really believe what they teach because that is how they live their lives.
