The purpose of this project is to teach us about Roller Coaster Physics. Newton's 1st law states that an object at rest will remain at rest unless acted upon by an unbalanced force, an object in motion with the same speed and in the same directing unless acted upon unbalances force. Newton’s 2nd law states that acceleration is produced when acts on a Mass., the greater the mass to the object being accelerated the greater the amount of force needed to accelerate the object. Newton's 3rd law states that for every action there is an equal and opposite re-action.

My role was the physicist and I was supposed to write about what the physicist does in a roller coaster and how he contributes to it, he has to study the mass, inertia, velocity, and momentum used in a roller coaster The other 3 roles were historian, lawyer, and design engineer. The historian's job was to study the history of roller coaster. The lawyer's job was to find out the laws used in a coaster. The design engineer's job was to figure how the roller coaster was built.

This roller coaster was a success because it had enough energy to circle the loops and it had no energy left when it finished so it could stop.

This roller coaster failed because it didn’t have enough energy to go up to 2nd hill. Our roller coaster's name was the fire eagle.

OLPH is a catholic school with Grades from K to 8. OLPH was founded in May 21,1963 and opened in September 1964. The 3 things I like about OLPH are first we have 2 fun Mardi Gras in our school year with fun activities in the marian inn and gym with sodas, popcorn and pretzels. Second our gym class is awesome and we always play fun games like dodgeball, indoor soccer and basketball. Last but not least we always have fun assemblies and field trips throughout the year. With all of these great qualities I think that OLPH is an awesome school, and I hope it lasts a long time.
