 Insouciant by Michael M. 5/17/10 Not lazy, not laid back, not apathetic, Just free from care. That’s my kind of rhetoric. Everything works itself out, That which doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. There’s really no need to pout. The Earth keeps spinning, Your problems aren’t going to stop it. You may have lost now but someday you’ll be winning. So care about the things that matter, Not just the stuff that might ruin one day. Because someday you’ll be atop that ladder. It’s not worth the time, So don’t sweat the small stuff. That’s a personal crime. Set yourself up for your future, Because today’s little things won’t matter. Keep up your good work, And you’ll find your greener pasture.
