2 weeks into summer....around 7 weeks left of it. I've been finding that it's been going by extremely slowly, but also really quickly at the same time...if that's even possible. But a bit of summer break is always good, whether it’s for staying up late (not because you have to work tirelessly on projects to get that grade), sleeping in late (and when you wake up, you realize that you’re having breakfast for lunch, or the other way around), spending time with family and friends (especially ones that you haven’t seen in a long time, so that you can catch up), travelling (whether it’s halfway around the world, or just to the nearby amusement park), or just simply relaxing (whether it’s on the couch while flipping through TV channels, or lying on the warm sands of a beach).   

Like I said in the title, I seriously miss everyone to bits. Gr. 7 was no doubt an extraordinary year, and in a way, I wish I could go back and relive it. Every person in the class shared their own uniqueness, and made my year just that much better. Yes, it sounds a tad bit cheesy, but it’s true. Hopefully, Gr. 8 will be the same, and I’m pretty sure that it will be. But knowing that next year will be the last one at Deer Park, I know that I’m definitely going to try to enjoy every moment and make each of them last.

I don’t know how many people still check the Blogmeister site, but I still do once in a while. Hopefully I’m not one of the only ones?
