 Persuasive Essay I think that the 7th Grade man's chorus should be lengthened and have it more times a week. We only get 25 min a class and one class a week. It takes 5-10 min to set up. That only leaves about 15-20 min to actually sing. When there's a concert some kids don't even know the words. One of the main reasons is that we need to sound better. At the harvest fest Mrs. Wirth had to bring out the music for “Sweet Home Alabama”, and it looked bad because some of us were looking at the words the whole time. So we need more time to memorize the songs. Another plus is that we will learn the pitch better. If we had more and longer chorus classes, those are some ways that we would sound better. Another good reason is kids love to sing and this would help them get better. Them getting better would help our group to sing better. Also if maybe we're having a bad day we can express our feelings in song. These reasons would really help our group out. We would really appreciate it if we could have more chorus time. Some of the kids love to sing and this would really help them. We would sound a whole lot better. All together we would get better. I just wanted you to know that.
