Last Friday we were able to Skype with a class from the New York City area and participate in a project called Mission 00 - R-A-I-N.  We read the book Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs  and then each student wrote a riddle using various clues to describe their food.  The students really got into the project and even wore spy attire during the Skype.  This was an exciting way to introduce this technology and incorporate writing and speaking skills too.
