The book name is Bud, Not Buddy. The auther is Christpher Paul Curtis. The genre is realistic fiction. In the story a kid named Bud is on an adventure to find his father. he was put in a foster home when he was 6 because him mom died and his father was nowhere to be found. He belives his father is Herman E. Calloway. You'll have to read the book to find out if he is his father or not.
I would recomend this book to people who love to read and who love books adventures.
