first i used a scale to pull the rubber band back to see how many newtons or pounds it was pulling. and i learned that you cant predict on the numbes when we did the rubberband thing because there is no patterns at all. And as i was reading the graph i saw that the farther you pull the rubber band the more force you have. on my graph i noticed that the data id like never in a striaght line. thats what i learned aboutteh elastic force of the rubberband.
